This place is fantastic. Amazing view from the balcony and view of the ocean. Nice floors, nice carpets, beds are so comfortable. Slept so well all week. This place will not disappoint.

Longtime vacationers in this building but the first time in this unit. It was very comfortable, well-stocked, very clean and has a beautiful view from the 10th floor! Definitely a great choice for a trip to Ormond!

Condo was nicely updated and clean. We really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything we needed to make this a vacation to remember! Fully stocked, easy access to beach, gorgeous pool, new washer/dryer, cold refrigerator and A/C cooled superbly! Highly recommend this unit!

If you are looking for a well appointed condo that is ocean front this condo is for you. Cleaner than clean and stocked with necessities that make the stay that much easier. I am sad to say if you rent this condo there will be no owners bed. That is because I will be stealing this amazingly comfortable bed for my house back home. Lol. The owners took care of everything and even went beyond what they had to. Your decision to rent this condo is one you will never regret. Waking up everyday to the sound of the ocean and seeing it from the comfy bed is a dream come true. Enjoy!!!

This is by far the best condo I have ever rented. The description does not fully describe what Shelly has done with this property. My wife and I stayed for 21 days and wished it could have been longer. All furniture, appliances, TVs, mattress (firm) were of high quality. A bottle of Prosecco welcomed us into the condo. We hope to return for a future stay.

The condo is beautifully furnished, decorated and very comfortable. The pictures more than accurately show the condo. The view of the ocean is outstanding from both the patio and inside the condo. Access to the beach is easy from the building. We enjoyed the patio with our morning coffee, the inside view of the ocean when it was a bit chilly (remember it is still January); the Smart TV with access to Netflix etc. at night since it was dark early, well equipped bathrooms and kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We took advantage of the lanai and the afternoon sun (sheltered from the wind) to enjoy the scenery of the city and the river. The host, Shelly was responsive to my questions, and check-in was easy and prompt. Check-out was also easy. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels - since we flew. I just can't express how much we just simply enjoyed the condo. We plan on returning to Ormand Beach and will definitely look to book with Shelly and this condo again. Thank you again for hosting us!

We had the best experience staying at this beautiful condo! It was clean, spacious, well decorated and the views are amazing. We loved the swivel chairs that overlook the ocean and the king size bed was very comfortable. Plenty of storage for clothes/belongings. Close to Publix, coffee shops and restaurants. Shelly was quick to respond and helpful. We give this condo a 5star rating and we will definitely be back sometime!

We were thrilled with this condo! We typically stay in Daytona- but with hurricane Ian we looked into Ormond (and now my husband says we’ll stay here every time) From the first moment I contacted Shelly, she was extremely informative and helpful. I’m super picky when it comes to where I sleep/take my kids on vacation- and this is most definitely a 10/10! The check in process went smoothly and we were amazed with the room. It is updated, sparkling clean, and SO much storage (huge plus when you have little ones) The view was unbelievable, the beds were so comfortable that I now want them in my own home. The community is amazing, everyone was so kind and it not crowded at all. The beach was beautiful and we love that it’s a no drive beach. We have zero complaints and we already can’t wait to go back!

We had the best time at Shelly’s condo! Everything is beautiful, and looks even better than the pictures! Our vacation happened to fall right after a hurricane passed through, and Shelly answered all of my questions quickly and honestly. I knew exactly what I was walking into! The views from the condo are stunning, and it had everything we could ever need. It was stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. There is even a crock pot! The appliances are clean and work wonderfully. The washer and dryer in the laundry room are also excellent. The Van Lee is in an excellent location-close enough to town that you can get what you need and far enough away that the noise doesn’t bother you. The staff in the building takes excellent care of the property. There is a library, fitness area, and card room downstairs. There is also a restroom that is easily accessible from the pool and beach! The building is very secure. We had a fire alarm experience on our first night and it was handled quickly and smoothly. We loved our time in this condo, and on the beach right outside! The views can’t be beat and it is so nice to stay in a beautiful room. We we’re sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed at this property from 8/14/22 to 9/17/22 while our house was being renovated. The unit is very tastefully decorated and the views from the family room and master suite are breathtaking. Mattress in master suite very comfortable, which isn't always the case in vacation rentals. Nice open concept in the common areas. I will certainly recommend this property to friends and family.

Overall good, but having separate keys to have to use instead of a keypad got tiresome

Very clean and well appointed condo. The balcony has beautiful, sweeping views of the ocean. Shelly was great to communicate with and was prompt to respond. We loved being on a no drive portion of the beach and being close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would love to stay again sometime soon!!!

The beds were super comfortable and there was ample space for 3 adults. Everything looks just as pictured and the Van Lee is a safe and comfortable building to stay in. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat!

This newly remodeled property was a jackpot. So many VRBO properties we have rented look good in the pictures, but end up being a disappointment to this admittedly super picky renter. It was quiet, conveniently located, nicely furnished and the owner was the best communicator ever.

Everything was wonderful. Shelly was very responsive and proactive. Check in was quick, simple, easy. Loved staying there and would definitely stay again.
