So glad found this house for family vacation. House was very clean, lots of amenities, fence back yard, very quiet neighborhood, most important family and I felt safe and great location

We visited Tyler for my father's 90th birthday celebration. The house's location has many restaurants in close proximity, and we held the birthday events at two locations within 4-5 minutes of the house. The location was outstanding for us. The home is very comfortable. It is very clean and accurately depicted on the website. The shower in the master bathroom is roomy. My sister also rented another host's home, and she mentioned how small her shower was and how uncomfortable it made showering for her. Not the case at this home. The bathrooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. The hosts communicate extremely well. I knew what to expect every step of the way. The communication began before our trip, the day of arrival, and after we left. Great hosts who made sure that we knew that they were available if we needed anything. I am very glad that we found this home and will definitely stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a place to call home while you are visiting Tyler.

Very happy with our decision to stay here. Beds were nice and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked and had pretty much everything we needed aside from a pizza cutter, but we made it work so no biggie. All around great experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The host sent all the necessary accommodation information way ahead of time, then made every follow up all the way til check out. The place is brand new, very clean, well organized, and with every necessary amenity available as promised….even tea and coffee are available. Such a bonus. For the price that we paid, there is nothing more we can ask for.

I rented this home for my friends and me, which was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything you would need while on vacation and was closely located to restaurants, grocery stores, and the mall. Carmen and Logan gave excellent personal care while visiting their home. They texted me in advance with detailed information about the house before my arrival and during my stay. I highly recommend this home, and I will rent it again. Rosie

Our stay was a last-minute decision made after the usual check-in time. Our hosts were fantastic and worked diligently to get us booked and settled into the lovely home. Our only problem was being unable to read the house number on the mailbox and house. The home was comfortable, clean and handicap accessible. The location was perfect for us. We very much appreciated the quiet neighborhood. We thank our hosts, Logan and Carmen, for making our stay a very good experience.

this was a great place for my family. we were in town for my parents memorial at the Rose Garden and this was easy and had everything we needed. Logan even made sure we had outdoor seating...highly recommend staying here.

This house is located in a perfect little neighborhood and perfect for what we needed. Communication with property manager was great, directions and instructions etc. Check out chores were very easy and reasonable. If we are ever in Tyler again I would definitely book this property again
