I was in town to visit my daughter at Agnes Scott College and the proximity to Agnes was why I chose this property. The apartment met nearly all of my needs (with the exception of the kitchen, noted below). As noted in other reviews, the apartment is in an old house and the exterior is not in the best shape. For the most part, that was inconsequential to me because the interior was basic yet comfortable. There is not an easy path from the parking lot in the rear of the building to the front door. The ground is uneven and there are large tree roots. It was a little tricky to navigate after dark even though security lighting was installed. While the kitchen had an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, there were only the most basic of kitchen cooking supplies-one spatula, some knives, a few pots and pans, and silverware. But there was no cutting board, no pan that could go in the oven, such as a baking sheet or dish, and no mixing bowls, can opener, etc. I made do and it was a minor annoyance but I will be bringing my own items if I stay again. Otherwise, my stay was nice and I would definitely consider staying again the next time I’m in town. I was easily able to set up the dining area as a remote workstation and had no issues with the WiFi. The location was perfect for me, the neighborhood was lovely, quiet, and felt safe. Check in/out was easy and my communication with the owner/property manager was excellent.

Location is further Than i like. Turning into the driveway and parking behind the house is not easy. House is not new but fairly clean. My only complaint is sofabed missing comforter. When owner was informed, the house cleaner sent us one but it smelled so smoky we can’t use it. Kitchen seems adequate but we did not cook. Fire TV is great although the remote keep complaining as out low battery.

Best part was fabulous host Jesse. He responded instantly to every contact. I was there a month, and he was hugely supportive. For example, there was no light on bedside table. When I told him, he sent one over immediately. Fabulous fabulous bed. Beautiful wood floors. Nice appliances. Spacious. Great location near my children and many great restaurants. Beautiful old house that has been made into four apartments. Nicely renovated. Kitchen scantily furnished. If you want to cook, bring your own utensils, mixing bowls, toast pan, etc. My "very concerning outside" comment is because you have to park in the back of the house, walk down a dark driveway to get to the front yard. There is no sidewalk to front door, and the yard is hard dirt (that gets slick with rain) filled with large tree roots--terrible falling hazard. And the sidewalk to the garbage cans on the front of the property is severely broken up--again, terrible falling hazard. I hope to stay with Jesse again, and the inside of this place is nice, but the outside needs major attention to lighting and walking safety--at minimum lights for driveway and a sidewalk from driveway to front door.

We had an amazing stay…. It was so quiet and relaxing. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I would definitely book again.

The apartment is a fun updated 1 bedroom. My son and I stayed for the week while he was at day camp at the college down the street. The bedroom was really large and the couch was comfortable to work from during the week. It is a house that is characteristic of the surrounding neighborhood and is about a mile from restaurants you can go to eat at. The host was very responsive.

This is a great place. We enjoyed the keyless entry. Better lighting at night is needed since you have to park in the back and enter in the front. Other than that everything was as stated in the description.
