Had everything we wanted. Nice view and deck to hang out on. Nice comfortable sofa and big tv in basement. Management responded to my questions immediately, about an iron. Cool spot, lots of rooms.

This property was perfect for us! The best part was the views from the deck and sunroom. I absolutely loved having coffee out there. Overall this was a great location and beautiful house.

Beautiful views. Anna was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Everything you need to comfortably host a family. Upgraded comfortable interior, beautiful sunroom, close to everything. Probably the nicest house on the block.

Clean and nicely updated property with great Mountain Views. Great for a family group and children. Bunk beds for older kids and pack n play provided for baby. The two living room areas, upstairs and downstairs, provided good areas to spread out. Downstairs couch was very comfy and a huge TV for movie night.

The house is well suited for 8+ adults (if you don't mind sharing bathrooms). Lots of comfortable bedroom space but only two showers. The kitchen was remodeled and has all of the "gadgets" one might need to enjoy a home cooked meal. The owners were very available to answer questions - a plus!! Overall, my group was very satisfied with the property.

We were in town for a family reunion and hosted 3 dinners for our small group of cousins at the house. The house is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. It was extremely comfortable for just my partner and I during the day and for our dinners during the evening. The living area/sunroom/deck provided wonderful space for people to gather, circulate and chat. The kitchen is well stocked and the island was perfect for setting up our buffet style dinners. There is plenty of parking on the street. It is located close to the area attractions and the main street. My cousins loved the house and thought it was perfect for our dinners. Anna is a perfect host and extremely responsive. She answered my emails almost instantly. She was patient when there were changes and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this rental.

This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect!!! Plenty of space for the whole family to relax and be comfy. Loved the modern vibe of the house but it still felt very cozy. Very clean and the house was stocked with all the necessities! The outdoor views were breathtaking! The owners were amazing as well. Super sweet and ready to help with any issues. We cannot wait to stay here again!!

Great views of Pikes peak. Very comfortable home with plenty of room for us all to have our own space as well as spaces for gathering. Close to stores Garden of the Gods, and Downtown.

My family stayed here for Colorado College parents weekend. Anna was one of the best hosts we have ever had with VRBO. She was so communicative with every detail of the stay from arrival to departure and quickly answered any questions I had (ie early arrival). The home was immaculate with a beautiful kitchen, lots of sunlight and the beds and linens were perfect. She had everything you could possibly need for a stay! The location was great and waking up to the sun coming over the mountains was spectacular.

Property is clean and has amazing views. Short drives to Garden of the Gods and The Broadmoor. The kitchen has everything you would ever need and the hosts are very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved this house! We only had 4 guests, but certainly sleeps many more. House was clean and welcoming! Anna, the owner, was so kind and checked in on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. House was very updated and comfortable! We would definitely rent it again!

They covered it all from leak proof fitted sheets, wipes, colored pencils and markers, and even to go coffee cups!!!This home was perfectly located to restaurants and outdoor activities!! We will return to this home!!! Loved the decor, cleanliness and layout!!!
