My husband & I along with 4 other couples totaling 95 yrs of marriage get together every September for fellowship & relaxation. The property was very accommodating for our stay. There were a few cleaning mishaps that were immediately corrected. Thanks to the property contact. The sectional on the main floor definitely needs to be replaced it is very worn a true eye sore. OAN if minor changes & touch ups are made we will look forward to utilizing this property again.

Having 3 sleeping levels was so convenient when my family gathered for their yearly family vavaction. This home accomodated 4 couples and 2 adult indiduals in rooms and bathrooms of their own. Perfect!!!

Seas the View is exactly as described! It was very nice and the location was amazing! The walk to the beach was short and easy. The porches were enjoyed as well as the living areas. Having three separate living areas and kitchens was very nice. It gave everyone so much space to spread out. We rented golf carts and that was so fun and No sand in our vehicles! I would definitely stay here again. Lots of parking and everything a family might need for a long weekend trip. Looking forward to returning!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your house!

Nice house, great location for walking to the beach. Suzanne is very responsive and hospitable. We had a few minor issues come up (air mattress leak, a door handle and oven panel breaking). Suzanne responded very quickly and had a handyman over within 30 min. Things happen and Suzanne handled these great. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely house. Great dealings with owner. But I found the path to the beach a little different from represented. It had some weird wood that gave it some difficulty. Hard to explain it. Also the bathtubs really need some grab bars. They feel very dangerous without.
There are 3 kitchens and 3 living rooms but none large enough for our 15 member family to sit together and eat together. The pool/hot tub was a great advantage.

Enough space and bathrooms for large family to be happy , Grandparents , adult children and grandkids. Love having some many loved ones under one roof . Special time .

We really enjoyed this property and will stay again. The bottom floor is it’s own apartment separate from the main house. Worked out very well as we had a couple that had to leave for a few hours and come back in the middle of the night.

16 of us stayed at this property for Thanksgiving 2022. A few more came to Thanksgiving dinner but the main crew were the 16 family members ranging from 94 years-old all the way down to a five-month old. The property worked quite well for all of us. Plenty of room for everyone. The decks were great, although the weather was mighty uncooperative - it rained and was cold most of our five-day stay. The kitchens and refrigerators on each floor were key to a successful Thanksgiving meal for everyone. The property is very nice and was very much like it was advertised to be. We really enjoyed our stay there and plan on staying again next Thanksgiving. My nieces have already begun planning on a couple of summer beach stays at the property with some of their friends. Overall, we were very happy with the property and our stay there!! We would recommend to friends and family!!

We had a fantastic time. We were there to celebrate two family birthdays and the house was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the decor, all wonderful. Would definitely book this house again. And very happy with communication with management. Didn’t need to contact them at all after they made sure we had checked in, what a breeze!

Our group really enjoyed the house! Management let us have access early and were easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again. Great place with lots of room for families.

Great location that gives you quick access to the beach, plenty of room for everyone ( we had 15 people), love all the outdoor patios. I would suggest taking extra dish towels as there were only 2 in each kitchen and all purpose cleaner to help with cleaning kitchen counters.

All You Need
All you need to bring for this home is fun, food, and family. This property far exceeded our expectations. The property location is perfect. The supplies for the kitchen, laundry, and trash needs were the best I have ever experienced.
We took our family here for to Port A as their 2021 Christmas present. They loved it so much they’ve asked for this again next year. We are already looking at date option to return. We had 5 couples and 5 children. We had more than enough room for us to spread out for privacy and large common areas for gatherings. We are in our mid 60’s and even though there are several flights of stairs, it was very manageable.
The care the owner puts into their home, communication, and directions are superb. You can’t go wrong in selecting this property for your trip to Port A.

Great House and fun location. We brought down 8 young men and the size and setup of the house are perfect for a pretty big group. Easy access to the beach and 50 yard walk over to the only restaurant on the beach. Great seafood btw.

The setup divides the house into 3 distinct levels. This provides the guests to spread out and have a little space of their own.
The main floor was great for family breakfasts and dinners. The house contains all of the required cookware for you to prepare meals. The large decks are lovely in the evening and provide a great view of the gulf.

Perfect Beach Getaway
We celebrated New Year’s on the beach with friends and this most amazing house. The home is spacious, clean, and the kitchen is very well equipped with anything we needed for cooking for our big group. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to stay again.

Definitely a great place to stay if you are traveling to Port Aransas!

The house is beautiful, I love how the house has different floors because adults can be together and young adults had they on floor and can enjoy there on time. The view is amazing the only thing is missing more time to kip enjoy 😊
