The property was perfect, we especially enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. The master bathroom was beautiful and very functional. Great place.

We were in town for a wedding at the beach. House was close to everything we needed. Perfect amount of space for us to hang out and get ready. Communication with host was easy and effortless. Thanks for the stay!

We are a family of 8 adults. We gather annually to participate in a charity's 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon. We found this property to be spacious, clean, with plenty of sitting space in the great room and around the dining room table. Kitchen is well equipped. The ice maker is a plus. The porch off the great room had chairs for enjoying conversation and February sun. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms well supplied with linens. There is adequate parking for 4 vehicles. We would suggest that additional towels and dish cloths be added to the kitchen.

We stayed during the Christmas holiday, and had family members in our party from age 80 down to age 6. We also had a dog with us. The house had everything we needed and our family had a great time. The living room furniture has some stains and the board games are missing pieces, but I let Eric know and he's very responsive, so I'm sure those things will be taken care of. The 2 bedrooms on the main level are perfect for anyone that struggles with navigating stairs, and the kitchen was adequately stocked to allow us to easily prepare Christmas Eve dinner. The side yard had some gaps in the fencing, but there are boards available that can be used to block those if you have a small dog. The beach is just a few blocks away, but you do have to cross a fairly busy street so we chose to drive over instead of walk. Overall, it was a good experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall we were happy with the property and the responsiveness of the property manager. The home looks like the pictures online. The only problem we had was the stained and urine type smell on the living room furniture. The couch was covered in pet hair and the chair was just disgusting. I immediately notified the property manager and he secured the cleaning service to come out early the next morning. They vacuumed the couch pillows and I believe flipped some of the pillows but did not have a shampooer to do what really needed to be done. The property manager did try to make me happy and agreed to refund a small percentage of the fees.

Lots of space in the home and very nice. Close to everything

The location and layout of this property was perfect for what my family needed to spend Thanksgiving with our brother's family (who lives close by). The check-in/out process was a breeze, and communication with the owner/manager was frequent and accurate (while not being overbearing). I would stay here again in the future and recommend to others.

This property has been beautifully renovated and is very well stocked with everything that our group of women needed for a weekend continuing education trip. The beds were comfortable and all living spaces were very clean. Communication with the property management company was good, except that I had to remind them to send me check in details on the evening we were arriving. My only complaint is that the couch in the living room had visible stains that smelled like a pet had urinated. All of us staying have pets and were fine with a pet friendly property, but we were not able to sit on the couch, even when covered with towels, due to the smell. I asked the property manager to address the issue before writing my review and they continued to put me off without an answer as to whether they had cleaned the couch.

Beautiful furnishings, but only one bedroom had a dresser. We had to keep living in our suitcases. Lots of nice features like supples for kitchen and bathes. Cart to pull to the beach. Air conditioner in playroom didn’t work. Took 2 days to get a service man out. Was fixed within minutes by service man. A couple of window coverings were in bad shape. The management team were very helpful at all hours.

The pictures do not do this property justice! This house is perfect for large families. The bedrooms upstairs are awesome for the kiddos it was their own getaway. The master and the extra room down stairs were perfect for the adults and just so nice. The beds were crazy comfy too and all the linens were fresh and clean with plenty of extra towels and beach towels too!! The house had all the necessities shampoo conditioner body wash paper towels even coffee and sugar! The house was kind of a walk to the beach and you have to cross a busy street. But it's a very short drive and if you get there early there is plenty of free parking. Not a big deal at all especially with such an amazing house. We are local and will absolutely rent this house again when we have family in town.

After an absolutely disastrous start to our vacation (canceled flights, lost luggage, broken down rental car) we walked in to this gorgeous house and felt like we could finally enjoy our Florida vacation!! They had everything needed and more to make our trip as comfortable and relaxing as possible. First off, the place is every bit as beautiful as it looks in the pictures! But it was the little touches that really made the place amazing. No need to bring beach towels, they have a giant basket of those really nice sand proof Turkish beach towels. They had beach toys (shovels, buckets, pails, etc.) for our little ones, body boards that everyone enjoyed, and even a convenient foldable cart to haul everything to the beach! There were a few board games that the kids had fun playing as well as everything we needed in the kitchen including things I would not have expected like coffee, creamer and even olive oil! Things like toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo and conditioner I completely expected to have to restock with a party of 8 people but we had more than enough of everything. The beds were SO COMFY! My kids loved the swing in the yard and the teenagers played ping pong every night. It is very clear that the owners pride themselves in creating the best experience possible for their guests and we look forward to staying at their properties in the future!!

We found large tufts of dog hair in the closets and a new pile appeared from under the couch every day. We did not travel with a dog but we were covered in dog hair daily. There were hair clippings in the drawer of the master bathroom. A few things were broken upon our arrival and the property manager sent a handyman ASAP. He also sent someone to re-clean the home, but aside from floors feeling better on bare feet they didn’t seem to do much else. This house is not “steps from the beach”. It is a mile but you have to cross a VERY busy road. We could not tell how busy the road was from photos. Not doable with children. A few of the bed mattresses were awful. The bedroom off of the kitchen has the worst bed frame. My 8 year old would turn over and the whole thing would shake. He ended up sleeping on the couch. Overall, the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Close to a lot of businesses. The public beach access is nice and was not over crowded during our stay. Home is decently appointed. We wouldn’t stay again due to cleanliness for the price, but I think it’s worth a shot if you’re a family who has a dog.
