Excellent home and choice for a family and friends in Bentonville. Location is near all the sites and set in a quiet and roomy neighborhood.
Our only wish was for a bigger family table than the small round table and 4 wiggly seats. Not easy to get a few more all together in one spot. Very modern lighting was appreciated in all rooms. One other serious concern is the very odd "hand-figure" sticking 8" into the narrow steep stairs with a dangling night light. Hard to balance careful climbing or going down these stairs without your arm snagging or bumping into this poorly placed light.

Bentonville has put so much energy into creating a community that is fun, friendly, creative and full of places to explore. We went for the MTB’ing but could take enough pictures of all the really amazing sites to see. This property is 2 blocks of a two way greenway which connects to Coler and Slaughter Pen and miles and miles of progressive trail. The house fit 6 adults and all the bikes very comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked. Great spot to stay. We will be back!

We love the town of Bentonville and the bike trails that are everywhere. Chrystal bridges is amazing and everyplace we ate was terrific.

The property was great for my husband and I - and our adult children. The property is true to its pictures. Great location for Bentonville and terrific backyard. We will be back!

Great Location & Plenty of room!
We really enjoyed our stay. There were 5 of us and the layout was perfect. Our college daughter as able to enjoy the private bedroom & bathroom and the two littles easily shared while we also had our own private en suite. The garage was a great bonus as well!

This was a beautiful home in a convenient location. Needs a few kinks worked out. Needs a bigger table and chairs for eating area- table seated only 4 - one chair was broken and the others were so shaky we were afraid to sit in them. Also, one set of drapes had fallen down - otherwise, comfy beds, nice linens, nice patio in the back for leisure evenings! With a few small improvements, I would definitely stay there again!

New, beautiful place. Some kinks to work out.
The house and décor were beautiful. The Sonos system and the firepit were awesome additions. The beds were very comfortable and most of the general appointments of the home were of good quality. I only had two issues in the 6 days I stayed there. The first and probably most important was that the hot water was not consistent. The home has a tankless hot water heater and it is either not set up properly or cannot keep up with the very low demand of our group. None of us ever took showers in the different bathrooms at the same time. It didn't matter where you were trying to use hot water in the house, you'd either got lukewarm water when turned to hot or hot water for about 5 minutes and then lukewarm the rest of the time. Also, two of the four dining chairs were broken. I actually sat down in one and crashed onto the floor. Upon, closer inspection, leg attachment point were loose on the broken chair and also on one other chair. Needless to say, we didn't use the dining chairs during the rest of our stay.
