Really liked this property. A lot of conveniences. Like a garage. No parking fees. Easy check out. Lovely layout. Washer dryer. 3 baths. Nice living room dining room and kitchen. Large TVs. Coffee maker. Great host. Safe location. Near shopping. Just an all around good experience.

We came down for college visits and were looking for something to stay for 3 adults. This townhouse was absolutely perfect for us. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood of Westerville with either outside parking or indoor in the garage. Two bedrooms had separate bathrooms each. Nice sofa area with great TV sound system. Kitchen and dining area were well designed. We just had breakfast and didn’t use the kitchen a lot. More cups and plates would probably be recommended otherwise.

Really loved the property and how close to everything the location was. Wish there was more matching dishes and trash in all bathrooms. There is also noise monitors which was not listed on the property booking page. Did not have a problem with noise monitors, but feel violated with noise monitors and will not be booking again.

Air conditioning was turned on right before we arrived, placed was very warm and took hours to cool down. It did finally cool down around 10 PM. Next day the same thing happened, so there is something wrong with A/C unit. Provided us with the wrong entry code for garage. Check in instructions said same number works for front door and garage, ended up being two separate numbers. The shower knob in the one upstairs bathroom is about ready to fall off and we never were able to use it. No garbage can the one bathroom. The WiFi code that was provided at check-in was not correct. Also internet was very slow, kept buffering. Title says, Fast Internet, wrong. No instructions on how to use the stereo/tv/surround sound. Most places you stay have some sort of three ring binder with instructions of various things at rental. Overall good location, but attention to details and assuring comfort was at a loss.
