We had 7 of us in town for a football game. This was a great location for the game, food and drinks. Lots of space in the house and felt very comfortable during the stay. Thank you!

My group stayed at Karen’s property during Oktoberfest. The house was exactly as listed, clean, and centrally located for going out OTR and downtown. Karen was responsive to the group’s needs, and check-in/out were quick and easy. Overall great house for the weekend.

Four couples traveled to Cincinnati for a wedding from all over the country. The house was the perfect size with the perfect number of bathrooms for everyone to have plenty of space to sleep and get ready without getting in the way of anyone else. Karen was extremely accommodating and responsive, making suggestions for my group to enjoy our stay even more. House has a lot of character and we enjoyed the postings explaining the history of the place. Would definitely stay again if ever in Cincinnati!

Our Mount St Joseph 1986 women's volleyball team enjoyed a wonderful reunion and used this house as home base. We were welcomed with a wonderful snack and refreshment basket, plenty of towels and space as well as the ease of getting around town with the street car just steps from the front door. We had very timely responses to all our questions regarding parking and check in before arrival and everything was beyond our expectations.

We had an amazing weekend at the Frazier Guest House. It was so conveniently located and such a peaceful little oasis in the city. We walked to the park and to bars and restaurants and had wine in the lovely courtyard. We slept well and were very comfortable. Impeccably clean and beautiful with a well equipped kitchen. Hope to be back soon!

What a wonderful property! It was clean, well maintained, and the accommodations were very nice. The location was walking distance to everything! We had a wonderful weekend and the host was super communicative and responsive.

Charming house with well equipped kitchen and baths. Near Washington Park and the Cincinnati Bell Connector loop. We loved it. The welcome basket of goodies and the kitchen table set with places for the number of guests in our party was a great touch as well. Only caution if you have people with physical challenges is all the bathrooms are on the second and third floors. Our family loved it and if we have occasion to return to Cincinnati would definitely stay there.

We absolutely loved our stay. Such an incredible home. There was noise across the street because of different events and the parking could add up if you stayed for too long...but overall for a downtown experience...we loved it.

Awesome house, super location! Loved walking in to the welcome sign w basket of snacks. We Had a blast. Wish I could have spent the entire weekend cooking in that stove! communication w owners was great! Wish 3rd floor bedrooms both had beds instead of a futon in the 1 room is the only complaint we had. Highly recommend! Will definitely be staying here again.
