We loved our stay at this house! There was plenty of space for all 14 of us and seating for some fun game and trivia nights in the living room. We loved the short walk to the beach and walking around the cute neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again!

The house was absolutely beautiful! We loved the pool and all of the balconies/porches. Plenty of furniture for a big group. Everything was very clean. Big open living areas. It was so nice to stay at this house while on vacation!

This was our first visit to Holden Beach, and we had a fun and relaxing time. Our house was beautiful! The pool was fantastic. Very spacious for all of us. Great memories made!

We stayed a week here with my family of six, my in-laws plus our friends and their 2 kids. A full house, but plenty of space. The pool was great and rooms were nice and spacious. The cleaning crew could have done a little more in my opinion. (Left someone’s cigar/water filled cup on porch my son spilled all over himself and left the dirt pile from kitchen on the floor) but besides a few small things the house was great, location was nice and quiet and we had a great time.

This house was great! We had a wonderful experience through the entire booking process and during our stay. We have been coming to Holden for over 10 years with a lot of family (usually spread out between 4-5 different houses). We had 3 families staying here, and the kids loved being able to share a room together while the adults had their own space! Having the wonderful balconies, backyard, and pool were all an added bonus as there was always something to do and entertain everyone! The house was beautiful, just as pictured, and clean! It was a couple blocks from the beach but we had family with an ocean front house and a golf cart which made it a quick little ride for easy beach access! If our family decides to stay on the East end again, we will without a doubt stay at this house again! Quote from my brother, “I think this is my favorite house we’ve stayed at!”.

Loved our stay at Lindsay and Dan’s Holden beach house. Check in was on time and the house was nicely cleaned. Loved the interior - so updated and cute! Large family room and dining areas- spacious and room for all! Games and puzzles available for lots of family fun! Especially loved the artwork and beach decor! They had three welcome porch spaces to enjoy morning coffees and late night talks and they even had some adorable string lights on the back porch that made the space so inviting to just hang out and enjoy the evening sea air! (Even their porch furniture was lovely and tasteful -so inviting!) Especially loved the view out the front of the house overlooking the canal with boats in sight! The private pool was awesome! Short walk to the beach. Bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Communication with Dan and Lindsay was great-always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We had an issue with the dryer and they took care of the problem immediately with sincere effort not to inconvenience our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking a gourmet meal! Can’t say enough about this gem! Definitely will want to return!

This place is a no brainer! Beautiful house, beautiful layout, beautiful pool! It had everything we needed. We had 3 kids under the age of 2 come with us, and there was plenty of space for them. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, depending how much you are carrying in your hands. We ended up always driving and parking. I would for sure come back and would recommend this anybody.

We always look for a house to accommodate our family and this was perfect. The beach was close enough, and it was awesome to come back to the pool. The house was well appointed with anything necessary to cook and serve large families.

This was our first time visiting Holden Beach. We loved it! The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was very nice! The owner responded very promptly to any questions or concerns we had when we got there. I would highly recommended this property.

The house was pristine and the layout was perfect. There is a view of the intercostal waterway, an easy walk to the pavilion, store and restaurants. The beach is also just a short walk away. I would stay here again!

The property, the pool everything was First Class... can't thank the owners enough. They made the weekend effortless and carefree. Affordable and full of luxury.... you will not be disappointed.

I appreciate him for that. Now on to the property, it was gorgeous and just as the listing showed. The property faces the intercostal way, but you are no more then a few minutes walk from the beach. The house had everything from linen to supplies for the grill. Our favorite part of the stay was the saltwater pool. Holden beach is gorgeous in its own right and this home just put the cherry on top. We will be back.

All the bedrooms are well appointed and have extra pillows and blankets. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have access to a deck/porch - love that. The spacious living area is comfortably furnished and even has a game table to play one of the many games or work on a puzzle on a rainy day.
