This home is a great alternative to a hotel for a small to mid-sized family staying in SoCal. The neighborhood is quiet, and provides a more private and comfortable place to stay instead of a cramped hotel room. Close to the airport, freeway access, and grocery stores, which makes family plans easier. The home is cozy, well stocked with the basics (towels, kitchenware, quality TV and fast internet), and has some wonderful bonus amenities (water, snacks, coffee, etc.). We stayed during the winter (which isn't that cold in Long Beach), and the heater kept the house warm and comfortable. There is a lovely backyard area that would be great for evening lounging during the warmer months as well. The hosts are super friendly and very responsive, and made the process a breeze. Would recommend to all, and will likely stay there again for SoCal family visits.

Comfortable space for family of four. Check in process was easy. Owners were accommodating and genuinely wanted our stay to be perfect. Upon arrival, there were water and snacks available in a welcome basket which was perfect for kids just getting in from a long car trip. Home and linens were clean and welcoming. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. When there was a plumbing issue, owners Serina and Ti went above and beyond to remedy issues immediately. The response time for any needs or questions that arose was extremely efficient. We left feeling cared for, comfortable and more than satisfied that we chose this location.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) were visiting family in the Long Beach area and this was perfect. Communication was great from the start, which was essential as we live in Australia. The house has everything you need and everything works without hassles. It is in a good Long Beach location with easy access to freeways. There is a supermarket close by and a great donut shop and pizza within walking distance. Beds comfortable and everything clean and well presented. Serina even leaves a nice welcome basket and water and juice in the fridge. And it was surprisingly quiet, especially at night. We looked at hotels in the area and would have spent almost as much and not nearly had the space and comfort Serina’s place offered. We highly recommend Serina’s house.

The house was a great location for our needs. Accommodations were adequate. Host was great, quickly responds, cordial, easy check-in/out, and helpful during our stay. There was just enough space for us and our belongings. Maybe a little bit more storage area (chest of drawers), and some kind of shade for the outside area or curtains so that when the sun shines in on the kitchen area, the kitchen isn’t “blazing” from the warmth of the sun. Keep in mind we stayed at the house the 2 1/2 weeks during SoCal’s extreme heat spell and humidity so we were melting/sweating, and uncomfortable inside the house (even with the windows open). Replacing window screens would be a suggestion so that all the windows in the house could be opened when needed. The listing stated air conditioning but it was 3 rotating fans that we moved around to cool us down wherever we were inside the house. Hopefully, they upgrade to central A/C. Other than the major factor of being hot in the house, it was a good stay, close to beaches, restaurants, and activities. Neighborhood is safe and friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the attention to details like having hair ties available to us in case we forgot. Kitchen had plenty of dishes available for cooking meals which we did. Also Serina was so sweet and had a welcome basket with treats for us and the kids. Kids loved it ❤️. Home is about 10 min to beach wich was great and lots of nearby stores. Thank you again for hosting our family.
