Nice layout for family travel, bonus games in basement were a big hit. Owner easily responded to requests and went out of her way to make sure everything exceptionally clean for our arrival.

This house is appropriately named! “Where the fun begins” was a jackpot for our family. The kids enjoyed all the games and the adults loved the sauna and the hot tub. The fire pit and grill were a plus. The area has lots to do within a 30 mile radius. We visited Ritters Winery, Alvin’s Off Road Playground, Lehigh Family train excursion and Bushkill Falls. We paddled around the lake and jumped in the pool. Daniela was a gracious host and checked in frequently to make sure we didn’t need anything.

We had a great time. Lots to do for the kids in the house as well as the development. Everything was stocked in house down to the pots and pans which was very convenient. Highly recommend

This home was way beyond our needs and we were super happy to stay there. We were a 2 family group with a bunch of teenagers and we had plenty of space. My kids loved the hot tub and especially the Ms. PacMan machine. Beds were super comfy, sheets and towels were provided, it was a perfect location. Great communication. We truly enjoyed our stay. Recommend to anyone looking for a vacation house

To say I was impressed with this property is an understatement. From the moment I booked the place till we checked out the owner was wonderful to communicate with and responded within minutes. The property itself has everything you need, and the listing does not do it Justice. The setting is perfect, we even saw 2 bucks walk through the back yard one morning. This house is very close to the main beach and has easy access to the main gate and other amenities. There is so much to do at this house and our group couldn’t squeeze it in to a weekend. We definitely want to come back for a full week. This is the perfect house and location for people looking to make lifelong memories. Lake Wallenpaupack is about a 10 minute drive. We were able to find a rope swing under a bridge and had a blast swimming before our boat rental. We rented a ski boat from rubber duckie boat rental which was perfect. If you’re looking for a great church to go to while visiting I highly recommend Faith Baptist Fellowship Church.

If it weren’t for being Christmas and having my family with me and not wanting to ruin my time there, whatever I encountered would have been a much bigger deal. Cleanliness needs to be addressed as I found some not so desirable things in the pull out couches , both of them, and there were a decent amount of Cobb webs in the house. I have been to and near the Poconos for the last few years around the same time so I know it’s more outdoorsy so I expect little spider here and there, but like I said there were much more undesirable things that met me in the pullout beds. I will say I was reimbursed my cleaning fee as well as was allowed to stay 2 hours over check out. Was it enough to compensate, I wouldn’t say so. Would I revisit probably not but again every experience is different for everybody. Cleanliness should be the main priority especially when kids are on the guest list.

First I'd like to say the property owners are Amazing! Great, quick communication, extremely helpful and accommodating. So much so, I left my wedding ring (don't tell my wife), they found it and sent me a message right away. A few days later it was returned to me without having to travel back to the property. As for the property, they really set up the Perfect getaway for family of all ages, friends, couples or even a solo trip. The property has more amenities and entertainment then so many other places and well known hotels. From a well stocked game room / entertainment center, to a mini sauna spa, hot tub, front and back outdoors hangout/relaxation areas. The place was clean, kitchen fully stocked with cook/dishware and dishwasher. The children 3 and under had lots of fun with the space and games. My13yr old wants to come back here to celebrate her next birthday! My wife and I don't usually repeat places we stay to experience new places each time we travel, but we definitely plan on staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very lovely, very modern feel, nice big front deck and a lovely private backyard with a hot tub. Daniela the Host was amazing, accomodating and always replied within minutes when I had questions will definitely visit again!

Me and my friends loved this property, very spacious, a lot of fun activities to do while you're in the house, projector was great to watch movies on with big group. If I am going to need a place to stay around the area, I would definitely come here again. The new AC system that the homeowner put in was great and kept the rooms very cold.

Daniela was very attentive and helpful during the process. The kids loved the playroom atmosphere in the basement and the projector screen in the living space. We enjoyed daily use of the pool and lake as well as trips to the golf course. The neighborhood was a good fit for families with little children especially.

We were a group of friends with toddlers and wanted to find a place which allowed us to be together as well as spend some time outside. The hot tub was a great experience. The kids enjoyed the Pacman arcade. The kitchen had all the essentials and the owners had left a bag of chocolates for us, as well. The highlight for the kids was the access to the community pool and the beach, where we all had a fun time.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The house was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Daniela was a wonderful host who was quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to the trip and during it as well. Would come back again.

Great time for the whole family.

We traveled with 6 adults and 5 children. The house was just perfect for our group! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a beautiful warm and cozy house. The house was exceptionally clean. There were cozy throw blankets everywhere and the house was just perfect! Our children enjoyed the downstairs room with an air hockey table and ping pong table. The rooms were warm and the beds were cozy. We loved the sauna and hot tub! We will for sure be back!

We used the rental property to gather family for an early Christmas. It was the perfect house in every way. Kitchen was well equipped. The basement was perfect for the kids and the porch was ideal for the men. The house was extremely clean but extremely comfortable. The host was quick to reply. Overall we loved our stay.

The place looks exactly as advertised. we were 3 families and we each got one floor each as the bedrooms were on all the floors. The game room is the best part of the house. Kids spent most of the time in the game room and enjoyed every minute. Hot tub and sauna were clean. There are other exterior amenities like fire place, BBQ and sit out. We couldn't use it due to weather condition. Projector and fireplaces in the house is one of the best features. We were able to watch movies and shows and spend some quality time gathering around the fire place in the sitting and game rooms. Also all the rooms ( common space and bedrooms) has TV's and all had Netflix and Prime setup. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities along with basic supplies. Host Daniela was great. Communication was prompt and addressed all our questions. Check in was simple as Daniela had already setup our details in the security office and the door code was sent to us. This property comes with lot of amenities. Many amenities are in the house and some more in the community. We did not have much time to enjoy all of them. We will definitely visit again. Probably in summer to enjoy the lake, arcade and arts center.
