The location, the views, and the house itself were nothing short of perfect. The owners are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This home was very clean, comfortable & charming. Had 2 huge windows in the LR w/ wonderful views out across the lawn to the the lake. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet is close to many stores or restaurants needed. We rented in the fall and there were no neighbors staying around us so it was very quiet. We had good Communication with the owner & would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent 5 night stay. Some highlights:
- We rented some kayaks from Bemus Point and got out on the water
- Internet was great which allowed us to keep up with the Women's World Cup
- Got some cooking done - The hosts were responsive and confirmed what equipment the kitchen had
- Several round trips to Chautauqua
- A/C kept us comfortable
If we come back to the area we will definitely consider this again for our home base!

Lovely lake house and location. We thoroughly enjoyed the porch, fire pit and peer. Plenty of room for our group of 8 and 10 (2 nights) ages 11 months to 86 years old. Comfy beds and furniture, and ample towels are a plus.
I took off a point because a dinner was ruined when the grill ran out of propane while grilling expensive meat. A spare tank was in a locked garage and we couldn’t get it before the following day. Owner sent someone to get it out the next morning and it worked fine after that.

The house is beautifully decorated, updated, and comfortable. The setting on the lake is peaceful and the neighborhood is lovely. The sunsets from the covered porch are amazing.

This property has a great location on a quiet street with plenty of parking. We enjoyed the lake view from the covered deck. There is plenty of room for gatherings. We had 8 adults and didn't feel cramped at all.

My family and I had a great time at the house! The house, backyard and location were perfect for our trip. The lake was low so we couldn’t dock our boat at the house, but we were able to keep it at a marina just minutes away.

We had a great long weekend stay at this home. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. Plenty of clean towels and bedding to go around.
We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing backyard right on the lake.

This lakefront home is absolutely lovely - wonderful open space with gorgeous lake view. The home is beautifully decorated and extremely functional, with ample indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. We traveled with family, and the four kids loved the bedroom with multiple bunk beds. Everything was extremely clean and Brooke was very responsive to any questions we had about the property. Highly recommend this home!
