Overall a great experience with Collin and his seas the day Vrbo. This place was a perfect fit for my family. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Seas the day. The island was even better. My family loved TCI as well. We will definitely return to both.

Very cozy, clean and quiet property. The complex is very well maintained with a private beach and excellent snorkeling opportunities. Many times we were the only people on the beach and able to walk the remote coast line. The condo unit was newly renovated, very comfortable and well equipped with all essentials for our stay. Enjoyed the quiet evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine. Wifi worked great too! Excellent communication with the owners who provided some great recommendations. Overall a great property for our early summer vacay! Many thanks!

We had an amazing time. My teens loved this place. Very easy to get to from the airport. About 15 min drive to condo. We rented a car from Grace Bay ahead of time. Very easy! We rented a small car and had no problem with the dirt rode to the condo. We even explored the off the beaten path beaches around the condo with the small car. No issues. I will say, we will rent a Jeep next time for our explorations but no issues. Beach and the pool at the condo was awesome! Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was great for cooking meals. Beds were very comfortable. Our favorite part was the porch! We loved sitting out there in the morning and evenings. Ate every meal on the porch! Great information provided about where to grocery shop,eat ect. We preferred the IGA grocery store since they had more options. We have food allergies in our household so needed more options. We loved the restaurant recommendations. Bungaloo’s was great on the beach restaurant. We watched a staff member swim out and dive for conch and then showed us how they get the conch out of the shell. Even let us try it fresh out of the shell. We also loved Magnolias. Great view for sunset dinner. Lots of great adventures and great memories from this trip! Thanks for such an awesome place!

Seas the Day was a wonderfully renovated condo that exceeded expectations. Though it’s off the beaten path, the privacy is quite nice and we never felt crowded by the pool or beach like other resorts. The amenities were top notch and we used the grill and patio almost daily. Cheers to Collin for leaving great instructions and being very prompt whenever we had a question!

Our family just stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. The condo has everything you need and more!! The owners are great at communicating and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the renovation and stocking of the condo. It’s a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay with a large pool and hot tub. The beach is okay but not as nice as some of the others on the island. The resort is located outside of town, but it was nice to stay in a quiet less crowded area.

We greatly enjoyed our visit to Collin's home in Turks and Caicos. Communication was outstanding and easy. The condo had everything one needed, and the porch was amazing. We spent every morning and night hanging out on the porch even when it was raining. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and we cooked in many nights and the kitchen was very well equipped. We adventured to many beaches throughout the week, and loved the snorkeling at the national park. Collin had chairs, umbrellas, and everything you might need. We also spent many hours on the lounge chairs near the pool looking out at the ocean and enjoying the amazing breeze. If your family is looking for a beach spot, this might not be the right place for you as the beach is very seaweedy and we could not get a chair if we went after 9:00 am (people put their towels on the chairs and did not return for hours--it was very frustrating and we were not willing to do this). We are not people who are going to sit on the beach for long, so it was not an issue for us, but if you are looking for somewhere to go and sit on the beach, this might not be your spot. We had many great meals and a few highlights include Vita at Rock House and Da Conch Shack. We loved going on the boat recommended by Collin. Overall, a great week. I would highly recommend and Collin was a great host.

Very nice place. Pictures are accurate. Well maintained and clean. Quiet location but that is what we wanted. The private beach was beautiful and well equipped with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. A rental car is a must as closest restaurant is about a 10 minute drive. Collin had a lot of good info in his book and we found his advisories to be useful and accurate. Collin did a great job communicating with us as our date approached. Instructions for entering the resort and condo were good but did not include the specific unit number. Just the building number. Minor issue and we eventually were able to dig the unit number up on some other correspondence. Overall we were very happy with Collin and the unit. 5 stars

Seas the Day is a fantastic home away from home. Very remote resort full of peace and quiet. If this is what you like, Seas the Day is your kind of place. Very well equipped and comfortable.

This was our second time to Turks and Caicos. Last time we stayed on Long Bay. This time were looking for something a little nicer than the condo we stayed in previously. This trip did not disappoint. This property was amazing for our five person girls weekend. Collin and Katie have literally thought of everything a guest could need. From the fluffy bath towels to the awesome beach chairs, this place literally has everything! Not to mention the condo is in great shape and is exactly like the pictures and videos. The Northwest Point property is beautiful as well. Our group likes to explore so we didn't spend very much time at the beach or the pool, but other than some seaweed on the beach that was cleared in the morning, others would find there would be no reason to leave. The only downside to renting here is the distance from Grace Bay and other areas of the island. You definitely need to rent a car as it is a good 20-30 minutes to get to Grace Bay/ Taylor Bay/ Long Bay. That didn't bother us, but it is something others may want to take into consideration. We would definitely come back to Seas the Day. In fact, we didn't want to leave. We love waking up and having coffee on the porch in the sun while watching the ocean.

We had a fantastic time! Everything we needed was on site. Large pool and hot tub, beautiful beach with both sunrises and sunsets within a short walk. The property, @SeasthedayTCI was extremely well-equipped with all the extras. Collin was a pleasure to work with — always responsive and helpful, including with great restaurant recommendations. Special thanks for the beach chairs and umbrellas that enabled us to visit a few of the island’s other beautiful beaches. Lots of privacy and surrounded by incredible natural beauty.

We absolutely loved our time at Seas the Day. Collin has a beautiful totally renovated place with all amenities. We liked the fact it was away from the tourist area and enjoyed the resort with sparkling clean pool and hot tub. Also, the beautiful private beach is right next to the pool - we will absolutely be back

Collin is a wonderful host. He provides all the information you need for a great stay including great restaurant (we tried Da Conch Shack, Bugaloos, & Bay Bistro) and activity recommendations. Our trip was planned last minute and when we couldn’t find any car rentals available, Collin provided us names of some local companies which came through for us. The house is fantastic! Eating out is quite expensive so we were very happy to have such a great, well stocked kitchen to cook in. Beautiful, quiet beach and we walked to the northwest point national park from there. Would definitely stay here again as it provides a nice retreat from the very busy Grace Bay area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was newly remodeled and was full of amenities. The common property (pool, landscaping, beach, etc) was all very maintained as well. It's off the beaten path, but we all enjoyed that. Collin was super nice, however he over communicate with too many documents (5+ PDF's), which all had different information that needed to be parsed together. I'd recommend one document at contract signing and another before check-in. Also, the 15+ reminder plaques around the condo were way too much and was a turn off. One laminated sheet posted on the fridge would have been sufficient. Again, great stay, just a few guest focused changes would be ideal. Thank you!

Colin really knows the in and outs of Turks and Caicos. His recommendations were spot on and aligned with other what other TCI condo owners told us. The condo is exactly as advertised. It is modern, clean, and very well furnished. We had other family staying in The Treehouse which is directly behind Coral Gardens and I’m glad we stayed at the Northwest Point Resort. This place is everything you could want it to be! The condo is clean and FULLY stocked! It has gorgeous views and what feels like your own private beach! The pool was beautiful and so fun for the kids. It’s off the beaten path of the hustle and bustle and it was perfection! I would stay here 100 times over! Absolutely loved our time at Seas the Day! It is just off the tourist area enough to make you feel you've somehow discovered your own little island, yet 20 minutes to enjoy the island's restaurants. The unit is so beautifully appointed! Loved the outdoor dining and seating areas with ocean views. The bedrooms have blackout curtains and are super comfy. Living area, kitchen is all well stocked and just wonderful. Washer and dryer were great to have too. Outdoor lighting set the mood for every nite on the deck. Collin is a super thoughtful host in his communication and quick responses. We went a little off season and so the beach was literally ours. So nice to take long walks around the point, enjoy the powder white sand that never gets hot, good snorkeling right off the shore, kayaks and paddle boards and the entertaining kite surfer who lives there. Oh, and that pool and the grounds are so beautifully landscaped and clean. Loved buying our own fish and grilling at the grill station where we'd meet up with others. We would return in a NY second. Loved our time there from start to finish. Can't wait to return to Seas The Day!

Wow!!! This place is amazing!! Came with 4 friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. We LOVED this place!! I don’t think we sat on the couch inside once! We spent every minute outside on the balcony drinking our coffee or wine and eating on the table outside for every meal. The ocean view and breeze made it dreamy! This unit is stocked with EVERYTHING you could think of. This place is definitely off the beaten path but we enjoyed that the most. No fighting for beach chairs or spots at the pool. A rental car for us was a must and we enjoyed learning how to drive on the other side of the road. Easier than we thought!! Thank you Collin for all the information you have put together to help your guests! We enjoyed our stay and would come back here again!!!

We had a lovely time during our stay. The pool was the highlight for our children ages 16,14 and 10! The rental itself was very clean, perfectly stocked and Collin was awesome with responding to us throughout the entire time. This location was very remote but also really let us experience the island much differently than we would have if we would have stayed elsewhere. We loved it! All the bases were covered. The attention to detail was AMAZING. Condo was located in a gated property, was beautifully decorated, contained quality furniture, comfy beds and was safe. The kitchen was spacious and had every item you could think of. Collin provided smooth linen, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, beach bags, floating devices, tumbler cups, ice bucket, etc... (endless list). Condo was super CLEAN and location perfect for us (no crowds, nice and quiet). The pool was clean, well attended and not far from the beach area. Beach was quiet, had plenty of chairs umbrellas for everyone and was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Free kayaking, surfing, snorkeling , etc. options were available. The more we walked on the secluded beach the more relaxed we felt. Water was warm and views stunning. Property was approximately 20 minutes from Grace Bay which was not a problem since we had car rental (a must). Some of the roads were a little rough but manageable (drive slowly). The views in the AM and PM were quite relaxing, perfect for coffee or cocktails. If you are looking for a piece of PARADISE, look no further, THIS IS IT. Thanks again Collin!! See YA next time.

Our positive experience began when we booked the stay. Collin began communicating and never stopped! He wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered and even checked in on us while we were there. The second we opened the door to the condo I smiled! I smiled because everything was as described. Beautifully decorated, tons of room, and everything was spotless! It is so nice when you look forward to coming back to your condo at the end of the day. Two nights while we were there my husband and kids (19 & 13) decided to stay in for dinner and relax. We made dinner and played games on the deck while looking at the beautiful view. I can’t say enough about the condo. We were also impressed with the resort and how clean and beautiful manicured the grounds were. The pool is great and big! Plenty of loungers and tables too! It is nice being in a small resort because at times we had this huge pool to ourselves! The island is so small and after a few hours of getting used to the driving on the left and steering wheel on the right, my husband was a pro! We drove everywhere! We like to spend time at different beaches and go to different restaurants so to me it doesn’t matter what side of the island you stay on. Everything is close and easy to get to. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends/family!

I am not one to usually write a review but Seas The Day deserves the best kind of review. This was an amazing place for our family to enjoy. Plenty of room. Decorated beautifully. Communication with owner was over the top. Everything from booking to check out went very smoothly. The owners took a lot of time to make this place feel like home away from home. The beds were so comfortable. Towels were NICE! Not cheap! Nothing was cheap! The balcony was beautiful and comfortable. I really can not say enough good things about this place. This was our 3rd time to Providentiales and we would DEFINETLY stay here again.

Seas The Day TCI is a lovely setting and perfectly situated to easily enjoy the beach, pool, nature parks nearby, and to completely relax. This beautiful home is sparkling clean and completely newly renovated. The master bedroom was particularly restful and beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed deep, restorative sleep in this quiet oasis. We particularly enjoyed the very large outdoor lanai and the very comfortable and stylish living room. We never needed to turn on the AC - the wall of sliders provided a beautiful breeze and there were many ceiling fans to help the breeze along if needed. For me, the vibe of this beautiful home was very nature-oriented and private. I really loved the beach and watching the birds on property. We saw egrets, pelicans, mockingbirds, and funny little black birds. Just lovely! Don't hesitate to book this home! It's a beauty and you will not be disappointed. Collin is a fantastic host who is extremely responsive and kind. You can feel how much they love their little piece of paradise and now we love it too! PS: Bring groceries, spices, spirits if you can - the prices of food / booze on the island are shockingly high (and this is saying a lot as a New Yorker).

Collin was an amazing host from start to finish ! Thank you so much - we had a great stay:) The condo is huge and well equipped with everything that you might need - the beach umbrellas, beach towels and beach bags came in very useful - wish we had a small cooler but other than that the property was perfect ! Kitchen has all the utensils that you may need- we also grilled out one day and utilized the pool and hot tub. The beach is steps away and was perfect and not crowded - there was only two other people on the beach , very relaxing . The property was a probably about 15mins or so from grace bay but we had a vehicle and it was the perfect retreat for a nice relaxing week. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!!
