Fantastic property for all our guest. The kitchen (stove and refrigerator) need a good scrub, but we managed. This is a fantastic property. It could use some more lighting especially downstairs by the 3 bedroom suite. It was quite dark at night coming down the stairs. Nevertheless, our family and friends loved the home and the location. I would not be surprised if some of them will book with you in the future. We just wished we had stay longer!!!! Thanks so much. By the way, the code to the laundry room did not work the day we were leaving so we had to leave the oar outside by the door on the floor.

Was able to completely accommodate each person in our group with the comercial kitchen, large dining and living area. Outside dock right on the water was great! We caught some fish! Would highly recommend this location...

What a great place for a large group of friends! Hanging out on the decks for morning coffee and evening Happy Hours can’t be beat. Just a Great Lake house and everything you need for a large group, lots of privacy and lots of space. Unconventional set-up with bedrooms, bathrooms etc, but works out great . Kitchen is amazing if you have someone who likes to cook for large groups. Lake Martin and thus place are a great match!

Great place for a lot of people to gather. Four of the bedrooms downstairs are like their own hotel rooms which was perfect for our crowd.

This was a wonderful lake home for a big family....so well equipped and thought out!

We had a very nice stay. The house was amazing. Very clean. There was enough room for everyone in our group. The house was so close to everything on the lake. I would highly recommend and I would definitely come back and stay! The property owners are wonderful and we’re fantastic.

Get location, beautiful and spacious home, nice and quiet. We loved this vacation at Lake Martin. Already planning next year.

This house is great! It is set up more like a lodge vs a house. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms with queen beds. Plus all the living room and dinning room area and kitichen. Outside and downstairs are,all the other rooms. There is room for everyone here. We were a group of 20. 10 adults and 10 teenagers and we all had space if we needed it. A/C worked great and the Ice machine is worth its weight in gold! Kitchen had everything you needed. Loved the griddle and the fridge is massive with room for tons of food. There is a freezer chest that is smaller but it held all the items we brought for the week. I really have zero complaints about the place. It was clean, as described and well furnished. The dock was great and the cove was perfect for swimming and floating. We had 3 boats and there was plenty of room to tie off all boats and at the top of the driveway there was tons of room to park your boat trailers. Ashley was awesome to communicate with was so very generous while helping me with my many questions. You’ll have a great time. Thanks Ashley!

Our family enjoyed a beautiful, relaxing week at The Cove. The property is stunning! We had all the comforts of home with the serene beauty (and fun) of the lake. The kids enjoyed hiking and playing in the water while the adults enjoyed some quiet time with a book in the large family room. There was more than enough room for our party of 17.

This is a perfect location for a family reunion, corporate retreat, or Auburn graduation basecamp (which is what we used it for.) If you need to overnight 6-8 couples it is less expensive than hotel rooms. Everyone loved the kitchen with its commercial refrigerator and stove, griddle and massive double ovens.
