We rented the property for Christmas break vacation with our kids. The property is close to several restaurants/grocery store. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Wife loved the use of the kayak, the house & property were well maintained and clean, located in a nice quite neighborhood. We really enjoyed the screened in deck.

Had a wonderful family weekend at this very pet friendly house with great privacy. Just know, it's a bit of a hike back from the dock up the hill. Also if you need complete silence to sleep, this may not be the house for you. All wood floors and no area rugs make the bedroom area a bit noisy. But please don't get me wrong, we had a great time at the property.

Great property!!! The location was on the lake and close to everything in town too. We enjoyed the large LR, screened porch and of course the dock on the lake. The bed in the primary was one of the most comfortable beds I had ever slept in.
Our family & friends had a great relaxing weekend here before heading back to school. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the evergreen house. It is one of the cleanest houses I’ve stayed at on vacation. Very nice dock area in a cove for fishing and swimming. The walk to the dock is a very nice natural area. I would caution those that have bad knees or that are older that the walk down to the dock is on quite an incline. Seeing as we had a 5 year old in the group I think that just helped him sleep better at night :-). The highlight of this house is a very nice and spacious screened porch area. We spent a lot of time in this area, it was perfect for coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening.

Although the weather was much cooler than expected, we loved the lake house. It was beautiful, cozy, exceptionally clean and fully equipped. Loved hanging out on the porch and on the dock. Thank you Tera for being so accommodating and for sharing your beautiful home!

The property was great, met all or needs. Property provided space to talk and visit, yet had all the quiet time needed to relax and get an outstanding nights sleep. Tera was immediately responsive to any questions I have with local eateries or activities. Book it, you’ll love it.

We booked this home for a little getaway but also for our spouses who were competing in a fishing tournament on Lake Lanier (Laurel Park Boat Ramp). The home is beautiful! The kitchen was perfect for us to use to prepare meals and enjoy coffee and the screened-in porch was a great place to hang out and play cards. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again!

The home was very nice. Living area was very large and comphy!! Wish the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the beautiful screened in porch!! The beds are nice and the showers are great. The only issue we had was figuring out the lighting. The lamps, fan and light switches are not user friendly in the kitchen and living room. Also had to text owner to find out where the garbage disposal switch was. It’s under the sink on the left. Oversll it was a very nicd stay.

Nice Lake Lanier House
We enjoyed our stay at this Lake Lanier house. We also were able to bring our 2 dogs who loved playing at the dock and in the water. The kitchen and bathrooms are really nice and the living room was really comfortable.

Love this home and location! Stayed with family first, rented boats and everyone had fun. Then friends came with their boat so enjoyed lake!!

Perfect Getaway
My family spent the Easter weekend here and were thoroughly pleased with the accommodations. We spent most of our time on the screened porch. Plenty of good parking house completely updated. The host always responded very quickly.

the dead end rd makes it tough to get in and out with

Memorable Lakehouse Experience
Tera was an awesome host. She was always very quick to respond and her house was beautiful. This was by far my best VRBO stay.
