Primary bedroom bed was broken when we arrived in a dangerous way (flopped my partner right out), repair man arrived the next day and “fixed it” with a few screws and some duct tape, still didn’t feel safe. Our friends indicated that the bunk beds felt unsafe and unstable as well. For the price being charged I would expect safe, hotel grade furniture.
Property has at least a couple undisclosed cameras that are in direct violation of VRBO policy.
Views are amazing, kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need (oven’s a bit weird, some instructions would be a nice touch). Home is a bit smaller than it looks in pictures.

Our family of 5 stayed with another family of 5 and there was plenty of room for stay and outdoor fun. Close to many towns, beaches, and an easy walk down to the beach. Will for sure stay again when we come back!

It's not easy to find a place that can sleep 8-12 on the island, so to find one that is this beautiful and this well equipped was just a delight. Yes, it's expensive, but you get great views, great indoor and outdoor seating areas, and a really fun "game room" out in the garage. We loved the place, but let's be clear: 3 couples get to sleep really comfortably. After that, you're either in bunk beds or in a small bed out in the sleeping shed.

We rented this beautiful house for a family vacation. We had 3 generations staying and the house had just about everything we needed. We especially loved the patio dining area with electric heaters for evening meals! The hosts left lots of great suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area too!

This Wesa a perfect long weekend getaway for multiple families. Gorgeous views and space for multiple teens and parents. All the amenities we needed and more!

A good listing for summer stays !!!
- The view of the bay from the porch and patio is great. Nice way to enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner
- The host has planned and furnished the house well. Even patio furniture is plenty for a big group.
- Ample room outside the house for parking and for kids to play..
- The owner is very responsive.
- The game room is good and kids friendly.
- It’s good for only a single family and total of 6/7 people maybe. Even though the listing says more it’s not comfortable. The bunk bed started wobbling when my toddler climbed the top one.
- It’s not conducive for winter because of the house layout. If its raining people have to carry umbrella or wear a rain jacket walking from main house to the back building.
- The love shack is an OK sleeping place but definitely not for 2.
Overall it’s a very peaceful place, just does not sleep as many people like advertised.

We had 7 adults and one child in our group. Everything was wonderful. The house is well maintained and we loved the amenities including outdoor gas fire pit, hot tub, game room, comfortable beds, outdoor eating area.

Beautiful Property, As Advertised
Just as advertised, very well maintained, very well stocked. The view to Penn Cove from the back deck is to die for.
The access to the water is limited. There is a community dock down the road that you can walk to.

Jessica was a welcoming host and it's clear the property is well maintained. The kids enjoyed the game room and the toys in the room with the bunk bed. It's about a 5 minute walk to the rocky beach where the kids hunted for sea creatures and sea glass. There was plenty of room to spread out with our two families, with a surprisingly large master suite in the guest house. Internet was fast and reliable so we had no trouble connecting to remote meetings for work.
