Very clean and beautiful home in a great location conveniently located 6 miles from Boyne Mtn. and close to many other skiing opportunities and area restaurants. The host responded promptly to our message while we were there. And provided many essentials you don't always get with other VRBO rentals. Like plenty of towels, toilet paper, even shampoo, conditioner and bodywash!
Our family had plenty of room to sleep and with 3 bathrooms had ample showers. Very pleased with our stay! We will highly recommend to others that may be heading to Boyne!

Great location just outside of downtown Boyne city. Clean. Lots of character. No issues with this great house. Owners were great as far as communication and their response to questions. Highly recommended in any season.

This home was perfect for our annual girls weekend. It was clean and spacious and has everything you need plus some. Located in a quiet neighbor and in walking distance to quaint Boyne City. Communication from the owners was excellent and they provided the best recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Thank you tor sharing your home!

Rented this home for overflow for a long planned and large family vacation. Received rave reviews from all who stayed at the house. Great location within walking distance to gorgeous Lake Charlevoix. My nieces (27-33 years old) and their spouses loved the short walk to Boyne City and all the restaurants and activities the quaint resort town hosted over the holiday weekend. Michele and Chris were easy to deal from the initial VBRO search through the rental week and gracious hosts. Highly recommend!

Our group of two families with small children loved our stay here. The house was clean and big and well appointed. We found everything we needed and loved the extra game equipment, well appointed kitchen, expansive front porch, big yard and comfortable beds and furniture. Michelle and Chris were gracious hosts checking in on us to make sure we were happy. The location wa sis it blocs to water and downtown. We loved this rental!

First impressions sometimes set the tone for how you may view a trip/place. Well, the bar was set high! The home was just as described and the communication with host was easy and fast. Also we were provided with excellent recommendations for anything we needed from activities to fabulous food!
Michigan is beautiful and the people were friendly. We had a great time, only regret wish we could have stayed longer at this place before we headed to the island to continue our trip.

This home is very well cared for and clean :). The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are quite comfortable, and the home has a warm cozy feel. We enjoyed playing some board games that were provided in the living room. The host was very welcoming and easy to contact of needed. This location is great for easy access to downtown Boyne, and a very close drive to Boyne Mountain. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year.

Great location, cozy and comfortable, has everything you may need for a weekend stay. The only minor complaint is the shower head in the upstairs bathroom should be replaced (it was very difficult to take a shower, because there was hardly any water pressure) and the sink in the same bathroom should be unclogged. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

We absolutely love this property and Michelle and Chris. They are wonderful. The house is clean, well stocked with everything you might need when away from home. They answered questions quickly and we will definitely stay there again!

This was a charming house in a cute, quiet neighborhood. We were only a 12 minute drive away from Boyne Mountain. We came back for dinner, and afterwards skied until they closed the lifts. The house has the classy feel of a 100-year old house with plenty of modern amenities and touches. There was enough room for the 7 of us to have our own space, and get easily get together for eating, playing some board games and sharing the occasional ski video. The owners were kind and friendly.

This house had everything we needed. It had the perfect amount of bedrooms and beds with three very nicely updated bathrooms. We have teens, so having extra bathrooms was extremely nice.
The only downside was the living area was pretty chilly and the heat wouldn’t warm up past 66. The upstairs was warmer and the beds were very cozy.
This place was lovely and I would definitely stay again.

A great Christmas family gathering. The house was amazing and well equipped. We took the short walk downtown for lunch and beverages. Michelle called to make sure everything we satisfactory. I would highly recommend this home for any get aways.

Perfect for a girls weekend. This is a great house with a lot of charm and character. Nicely updated! The house was well supplied and even had some unexpected extras (coffee, shampoo/conditioner, body wash). Great beds, linens and towels too. We enjoyed everything about it!!

Chris and Michele provided a beautifully appointed historic home for our stay. We are four couples who travel together once a year and this was our best stay ever. The house is beautiful! The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms clean and modern, the kitchen is spacious and has everything we needed. The property is within walking distance of Boyne City shopping and restaurants. We will definitely want to stay at this house when we return to this area.

My family stayed at this wonderful home in Boyne City! The home was close to the beach and town so we walked to almost everything that we did. The hosts could not have been more hospitable!!! They provided crayons and other items for my grandchildren ages 2 - 6 years old. When I inquired about beach items, they brought a beach umbrella and kids' tent for the beach. It was exactly what we needed! The kids' tent was perfect for my 3-month old grandtwins. The home had a fire pit which was perfect for our Hobo Dinner and S'mores that we like to have on our last vacation night. The home even had skewers to use for the s'mores. The gas grill was perfect for cooking out! We could not have been more pleased with this home and we all truly appreciated the kindness of our hosts! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

What a beautiful and comfortable home! We enjoyed every minute. The house has amazing charm and the owners have thought of everything. We loved the front porch and sitting around the fire pit in the back yard. The location was absolutely perfect! We walked everywhere in town, hiked Avalanche Mountain, and road bikes to Boyne Mountain and Young State Park.
All of my childhood vacations were spent visiting my grandparents home in Boyne City. My last visit was 17 years ago. This house welcomed us back and made us feel like we were at home.

We loved our stay in Boyne City. Every morning we walked downtown and ended every evening on the huge front porch. The house is central to so many activities….boating, kayaking, hiking and more. We couldn’t even fit everything in with our 10 day stay. The accommodations were perfect for our 10 family members. Comfy beds, updated appliances, plenty of towels and thoughtful touches for the kids and for our celebration. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and had great tips for things to do. We truly hated for this vacation to end.

Wonderful weekend
Very nice house for our group of 10. For the annual Michigan Mountain Mayhem cycling event.
Comfy beds with lots of towels. Well supplied kitchen. Lots of room for everyone. Weather was perfect so we spent most of our time on the large porch playing yard games and socializing.
Michele was an excellent host and very easy to work with.
We will definitely be back next year. .
