Pics don’t do it justice. The view is amazing and the balcony is huge. Property is gorgeous. Only issue is since it’s a residence rather than a typical room, there is no housekeeping. Also, I was surprised the condo didn’t have a washer/dryer. I highly recommend it, just bring plenty of cloths and buy some paper cups so you don’t have to do dishes.

There was a leak in second bedroom. My daughter was up until 3am the first night because the water was dripping through the window and making noise. I finally shoved towels into the blinds to catch the drip. Maintenance came a few times the next day and tried to fix but couldn't. It continued to drip the second night and then finally stopped. We have stayed in the hotel side several times and this was our first time staying in an owned unit. Very disappointed. We will be requesting a refund for the first night.

Great unit, well appointed and taken care of. Contemporary design and amenities that the high end W south beach offers. All of the W features are accessible. Wi-fi could be a little slow at times. No issues or complaints and the property manager worked.

This condo was perfect for a group of 4 women away on "Girls Weekend!" It was clean, beautiful and in a great location. Communication with property management was flawless. The views from the balconies are amazing! I would definitely stay here again while in South Beach.

This is a very nice 2 bedroom unit on the 14th floor in the W hotel on Miami Beach. The unit feels more like you are in an apartment than in a hotel. We spent 3 nights here with a couple and a single person. It would work for 2 couples, but the second bedroom only has a queen bed so you should be ok with that. The 2 bedrooms are quite large and the beds are comfortable. Both have their own flat screen. The master has a separate large bathroom with a tub, big walk in shower, double sink. The 2nd bedroom is smaller and has the vanity in the room. Both bedrooms can be closed off from the living area with a pocket door. The view of the beach is to the North. The ocean is off to the side but the view is unobstructed and nice. The balcony is very large since it spans the width of the living room and master bedroom. There is an outside table and some comfortable seating. The W is a very nice hotel. Not a very big footprint though so I can see it get a little crowded in the relatively small lobby, bar and pool area in the weekends and busy times. Rented directly through LRMB and Roy was very professional, courteous and helpful. Even though I did not have a chance to meet her, my interaction with Sophia was also top notch. She made both check in and check out a breeze. If I ever again need something bigger than just a hotel room in the Miami Beach area I won’t hesitate to use LRMB and I highly recommend them.

This is a beautiful 2 BR 2.5 bath unit in the W Hotel South Beach. The room is well maintained and equipped and has a great terrace and ocean views. The second bedroom is a little small and the bathroom is open to the room (ie no door). This was fine for my teenage daughters, but might not be ideal for all visitors. Beside that small issue, the unit is highly recommended.

I am more than satisfied with the service that Luxury Rentals provide us, I want to highlight how efficient were Johanna Schreiber and Katlin Klemme because both of them could help us immediately with the necessities that we had. I use this service a lots of times and I never had a bad experience, so that is why I keep choosing it. If you want to have an awesome trip without worries, you must consider Luxury rentals.

Exceptional 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unit at The W in South Beach. The view was extraordinary, hotel service was friendly, helpful - truly first class. The pool and beach seem among the nicest in South Flordia. I highly recommend using Luxury rentals as they were responsive, helpful and met us at the hotel on time.

Highly recommend, if you want to get a VIP treatment you must consider this place.

We want to thank the owners & luxury rentals for a wonderful vacation! The unit at the W hotel was in great order, clean and had pretty much all we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the views - incredible. We loved there were 2 decks!! Raphael was very friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed. He was only a call away which made us feel comfortable. The only things I would consider some "issues" were that the cost of any housekeeping were additional and costly. We were used to having housekeeping everyday so that was a bit hard. We decided to have service about midway through the stay and that was very refreshing. -The only caveat was that a security guard needed to accompany them, which is good, but they came later in the afternoon (later than the agreed-upon time) and then she was still in the unit waiting for security for at least 30 min after our arrival & it took a bit for security to come escort her down. It appears they need to work out a few kinks with coordinating this effort. -I also felt trying to figure out the consierge services were a bit confusing. Some things you went through the "help desk", or called, and then other amenities you just go through the hotel. I think to do one or the other entirely makes the most sense. Also, we found the food at The Dutch & pool were obscenely expensive. We have traveled a lot in very nice hotels and I really think more reasonable alternatives need to be available to guests for more for food. The kids got breakfast themselves one morning and it cost about $100.....crazy. They barely got anything. -The only other thing I would have liked would have been a washer & dryer...other units do have them. -All in all I felt ALL the staff were very nice, professional and helpful. They always said hello in the elevators or in the lobby. They are concerned about security which was something we were interested in having 2 teens with us. Downstairs there were some very nice sitting areas where you could get or enjoy drinks so it added a lot of interest & the POOL was beautiful. The W Hotel was very close to South Beach but still within walking distance to Ocean Dr & Lincoln Rd, so it was much more quiet. We usually stay closer to Ocean Dr so this was a pleasant change. All in All a GREAT PLACE & Luxury Rentals are a pleasure to deal with!! We would definitely rent again.
