Well stocked condo perfect for a work-cation. Conveniently located just a 5 minute walk away from the town of Frisco and a 20-minute drive to Breckenridge and a 30-minute drive to Vail. There is a small creek behind the property and it’s sound is extremely relaxing, sitting at the patio. There is also a nice little loft with stairs - perfect for working without any distractions. Overall it’s an excellent place for up to a family of four or five.

We loved every minute here. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and updated, and you can't beat the location. It's peaceful and quiet, and you can see and hear the creek running from the unit. The Town of Frisco is a 5-10 minute easy walk. Also, the management company was really responsive and helped us out after hours when we accidentally got locked out on the balcony (make sure the bottom knobs aren't locked when you go outside). Really enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to return! Can't say enough good things about this townhome and management company.

It is a beautiful, clean place, and the creek out back provides a wonderful background noise for relaxation. Great location for a short walk to the eateries and activities in frisco. The contact and communication with the property manager was great as well, and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this property. Kudos to the architect who designed these units. They are well laid out and maximized the available space. Our kids loved the upstairs loft. This unit also was well equipped for anything we needed to cook meals. There are also solid eating options in Frisco for those nights you want to eat out. The property management company was also very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful

We had a great stay. Property mgr was very responsive and helpful. Property was very clean. Beds were decent, but could’ve been more comfortable and kitchen supplies could use an upgrade, but overall we had everything we needed.

My spouse and one of our best friends visited Frisco and some of the surrounding ski resorts just after the first of the year, and this was a great home base for our adventures. The house was well equipped to prepare meals at home, and major grocery stores are within a 5-10 minute drive. If you don't want to deal with cooking, though, you are also close to many great restaurants in both Frisco and Breckenridge. The beds were very comfy, and the living room couch and love seat were wonderful spots for relaxing in front of the fireplace. There were smart TVs where you could log in to Hulu, Netflix, etc., and we even brought a gaming console that we could plug in to enjoy some video games during our apres ski. We definitely plan to travel to this area again sometime soon, and when we do, we will certainly plan to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Clean, very nice

Property was really nice! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The TVs in the bedroom could use some updating be a bigger size. The TV in the main room was awesome and the couch was comfortable for our family of 4. We couldn’t figure out how to use the sound bar, so instructions would have been good. Fireplace was nice too.

The place was better than it showed online, it’s within a 2 min drive to the beautiful center of Frisco. Cozy, spacious, comfortable beds and very well equipped.

Great place!

We loved this home. It was cozy, updated, and fully equipped. It was so convenient. We parked our cars when we arrived and walked everywhere. It was just blocks from the main street.

We loved our stay the the beautiful condo. Love the location with trees and steam yet close the the main road. The decor was fantastic. Could have used an info sheet operate the TV and a channel guide. Rent was very reasonable but the cleaning fee was high for 2 guests.

This place was fantastic! The three full bathrooms and multiple sleeping areas made for plenty of options for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep meals. The creek that runs behind the unit provided some easy outdoor fun for the kids.

Reviewer Comments: I looked exhaustively for a Labor Day rental in the Summit/Eagle area and settled on this place, and I was very glad I did. It is above and beyond a typical Airbnb type ski area rental. There are many upgrades. The kitchen is great - the appliances are new. All the furniture and beds are uber-comfortable and relatively new. The bedding and towels are high quality. The TV is gigantic and has everything for streaming. Wifi was fast. The setting is quiet and attractive with a burbling brook out the back door. The location is convenient at the top of town and easy to get to the main roads for trips to Vail, Breck, etc...Copper Mountain is just up the road. You can walk into the center of Frisco in minutes. In summary, at this price point, this as nice a place as I've stayed. An added bonus is the management company is responsive and helpful. You can rent direct and skip airbnb to save some $. We were very pleased, if that isn't clear by now...

It backs up to a creek and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck listening to the water rush by. It is a 5 min walk to downtown and 10-15 min to trailheads, also easy access to I70. Summit Mountain folks were helpful. No A/C but only 1 day was hot enough to need it. Comfy beds a real bonus!

I love everything about this property. Great place, great for big families, lot of space for everyone, nice layouts, super comfortable, nice furniture, super clean, appliances, heating and all TVs working perfectly. We really enjoy our stay. We’ll definitely come back!!!!

It was a bit cold in the bedrooms but Summit Mountain Rentals came over right away with heaters and that solved the problem. Could use some new sauce pans for cooking but we made due. In addition the WiFi wouldn’t work the first two days because the network name listed on the check in paper work was incorrect. This did end up getting fixed. Overall the location was great and it was fully stocked.
