My family of 4 (two small kids) had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect location being near Mayflower and Corporation Beaches, and in a quiet neighborhood. Outdoor shower was a huge hit. Just a heads up there’s no dishwasher but we had no problem using paper plates most of the time!

We had such a lovely time at this adorable home! We especially enjoyed the number of outdoor games available and had a great time grilling and making smore's at the fire pit. Would highly recommend!

The house was as pictured/described in the listing. Great location just a short drive to all Dennis beaches. Central AC was amazing and kept us quite comfortable. Outdoor space was also plentiful. The house had everything we needed and I would definitely stay again.

This house and location was perfect for our needs. We loved that the neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and walkable. We took some of the restaurant recommendations provided by the owner and had great meals at Sea Dog Brew Pub and Royal II. Highly recommend if you are low-key like us. We drove to other parts of the Cape for daily excursions and the central location of this house made it feel like you weren’t driving all day. Also, I reached out to the owner for one minor question on our first day there and she was quick to respond- a plus in my book.

We chose the property because of its closeness to family in the area. It is located in a really nice and quiet neighborhood with easy access to Dennis locations. Our family really enjoyed grilling on the deck and our kids loved the outdoor game shed. Also a plus was the central AC. Overall a nice relaxing place to stay.

We stayed at this property for weekend and it was perfect. The house itself is so welcoming and has a great yard as well.
The house had everything you can ask for and offered extras not all properties do. It was great for a quick get away weekend but also great for a week long stay with kids.
The owner is very responsive and really accomodating!

We were there for a wedding so we did t spend a lot of time at the cottage, but it was great. Clean and comfortable the host was so easy to get in touch with. I would definately recommend and I would go back !!

This was a great home base for us to use while we were in the area for a wedding. Conveniently located on a nice, quiet street. The house was a bit small for six adults (we only had four and felt comfortable) but would be perfect for a family with young kids. Lots of games and entertainment provided at the house.

Great locations. Felt like all attractions were within a 10 mile radius. We went with our two young children and the ranch at the end the neighborhood was perfect. The house also had safety plugs in all the outlets and had a variety of indoor and outdoor games.

Quiet and peaceful
The property was clean and comfortable. There’s a nice deck to relax and we made use of the fire pit on a cooler night. I love ice cream and was pleasantly surprised when there was a welcome gift card to what turned out to be our favorite ice cream spot! Would definitely recommend.

Great Dennis Gem!
This house was immaculate and clean. Lots of thoughtful touches, outdoor games for kids, toys in the kids room and the central A/C was so amazing on the 90 degree days. We loved sitting on the deck for dinner....and the neighborhood was so quiet. If you're a coffee drinker, BYO coffee pot--only a Keurig. House could use a cutting board and a lobster pot.

Great House!
This was the perfect house for my family to stay in! It was large enough to fit me, my parents, and my two kids comfortably and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Also, the outdoor porch was just so pleasant to hang out on and enjoy a coffee in the morning. The only problem we had was that we didn't know we needed to bring our own sheets and towels until the night before, so we had to make a last minute stop at Target for some Queen sheets. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation!
This house was just perfect for our family of 6. The neighborhood was quiet, with great streets for the kids to ride their bikes and scooters. The house was clean, comfortable, and freshly updated. Right size and layout for our game nights in the family room and meals at the 6-person kitchen table. We made s’mores at the firepit and had fun evenings with the games available in the shed. Deck was great for grilling up and eating outside. Less than 10 minute drive to our favorite beaches. Owner was easy to work with and the ice cream voucher was a nice touch! Would love to come back again next year!
