My son and his fiancé arrived to the flat first. When I text them to see how the accommodations were they said AMAZING! We enjoyed the roof top deck immensely. The bedrooms were good size, our bed was really comfortable and we really appreciated the blackout drapes. The air conditioning worked very good with the warm days we had. The three bathrooms were very nice, plenty of towels and supplying hairdryers gave me extra room in my suitcase. The location was close to public transportation and we felt very safe walking through the neighborhood. My husband loved the old world transitional loft feeling and floor to ceiling window walls. The open staircase to the roof top deck is a nice industrial touch to the space. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment. Clean and lots of space. Location was good if you are comfortable using local transit. The bus stops across the street and the M1 subwat is about an 8 minute walk. If you want to be able to walk to all the major places such as central market hall, the restaurants in the night life area, and temples, etc. it is a bit far out. Depending on where you are going a 30-60 minute walk. Definitely recommend the subway, it is inexpensive and efficient. There are multiple different day pass options as well as blocks of 10 tickets that can be purchased which is a much better deal than buying individual tickets. There is a little corner market a block away with all your basic needs, and a small bakery/coffee shop across the street on the same block. There were no kitchen towels and no hand towels avaiable. Only bath towels. Don't know if it's always this way or they were just forgotten. We did not ask, just made do with big towels and paper towels as we weren't doing any cooking there. Also, beware there is no clothing dryer machine, only a rack to dry clothes on. It was very hot when we were there so it wasn't an issue, clothes dried quickly.

Very comfortable clean and spacious home. Good communication with the owner who always responded to my enquiries. Roof terrance was a great space, few local shops around for groceries, and about 20-25 mins walk to the centre, but bus stop very close and bus service was very good too. Budapest was a great place to visit, would recommend both the city and the home.

We enjoyed our stay and it was beyond expectations! Vincent was awesome and very helpful with any questions we had. Location was actually very good as it was a 10 minute walk to the metro station, trolley bus stop was right across the street, 15 minute walk to piasc, corner store at the end of street, bakery across the street and 15-20 minute walk to heroes square…

We had a great time at the apartment, the roof terrace was a great bonus. We spent a fair amount of time on it when not out as the weather was very good.
The rooms were just as the photos described apart from the room with enclosed bathroom, which now has a room divider in it.
Beds were very comfortable and made for a good nights sleep.
We had an issue with the hot water but the maintenance man came to sort out the problem.
Vincent the owner called to make sure everything was okay and also brought us some lovely wine as well.
The bus 72 stop was just outside the building and that took about 5 min to the main transport routes.
It was a great stay and Vincent was a wonderful host, would definitely recommend it

The apartment is very spacious and had lots of room for our family of 5. The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. There is also a large rooftop terrace with a gas grill and views of the city. It is located just a few minutes walk to Hero's Square, Vajdahunyad Castle, and the city Zoo. There is a local shop at the end of the block as well as a pastry/coffee shop right around the corner. Long story short, we very much enjoyed our stay here. Checking in and out was super easy and communication with our host (Vincent) was great. He was very helpful and even brought us a nice bottle of wine! We would definitely recommend staying at this gorgeous place! Thank you Vincent for being a great host!

We were all amazed at what we saw when we entered this property. Gorgeous and ultra chic. Great details, comfortable beds fancy decor. My sister and two adult daughters really enjoyed this apartment. A little out of the mainstream but Butapest has a great transportation network. Recommend it.

I travelled with 5 friends to Budapest and this apartment was fantastic. We all slept in lovely beds and there were 3 showers (great for 6 girls getting ready). The AC was very welcome since it was over 25°C during our stay. Vince was wonderful at answering our questions and let us keep our bags at their sister property until our flight later in the afternoon. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

The Most Stunning Flat I Have I Ever Seen
This flat was so fantastic, it was like something out of a Hollywood movie. It is massive and decorated so beautifully it is impossible to capture it by photos alone. It was huge with a roof top terrace perfect for hosting family and friends. Vince was an amazing host meeting us even though we were very late to arrive and helpful throughout our weeks stay in Budapest. It is located in a residential area, so if you are okay with using Bolt it, works well but is quite far from the metro. We were there in 35 degree plus weather so it was great to have air conditioning. There is a cute little coffee shop and bakery across the street for a light breakfast and two grocery stores near by. It has an elevator from the 1st floor to the 4th so there is a short set of stairs to manage but in a historical building like this one, an elevator is a welcome addition. I would not hesitate to recommend this flat to anyone travelling with couple friends, a group of friends or their family like we did. The only problem I had was reaching Vince through the VRBO app as it wasn’t working properly but he reached out to me on WhatsApp instead. He also came to see us off which was very kind.

Great stay in designer apartment with rooftop!
We were 2 couples, a bit afraid to be the first to rent this flat to be honest but the flat is a beautiful designer apartment in the city center with an amazing rooftop, even better in life than on photos.
The communication with Vince the owner has been super smooth and he even let us check out later as our flight was in the late afternoon.
I can only recommend this flat for 3 couples or a family who want a cozy nest in Budapest
Will come back to this place for sure!
Vince promised to install a barbecue soon :-)
