We stayed here for family weekend at Northwestern. It was clean, bright, well-maintained and spacious. So much better than one hotel room for the same price. Parking was easily available. Dimitri was very responsive and even got us non-feather bedding after he found out we were all severely allergic.
I would stay here again.

This apartment is exactly what we needed! It is a great location! So close to Northwestern and my elderly mother found it easy to navigate! It is beautiful and well maintained!

We enjoyed being so close to South Beach during our stay. The lakefront has beautiful parks and neighborhoods.

It looks professionally decorated and was thoughtfully stocked with absolutely everything we needed - right down to the band-aids and cotton balls I forgot to pack. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is high quality. The bathroom is a little small, but nicely updated. There is plenty of hot water, but let it run for a while before getting in..
We were in town for Northwestern's graduation and had less than a 5 minute drive to campus. There is no designated parking, but we were able to find street parking fairly easily. The proximity to Lake Michigan was a nice bonus as well.
Given the attention to detail I will not only stay at this property again, but seek out others managed by Demitri. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Did Not Disappoint!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment! It looks professionally decorated and was thoughtfully stocked with absolutely everything we needed - right down to the band-aids and cotton balls I forgot to pack. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is high quality. The bathroom is a little small, but nicely updated. There is plenty of hot water, but let it run for a while before getting in..

The only imperfect tho g wax it took the shower forever to warm up and then the pressure was not great. Finally figured out to run the water in the bath until hot and then pull the diverter.
