Very nice property, the house was super cute and very clean. We only were there to sleep but it was very nice and beds were comfortable.

Stayed here for graduation weekend. Perfect for parents and grandparents of the graduate. Neighborhood was residential and quiet. Easy parking. Could use the kitchen for meals and not be dependent on finding restaurants and making reservations.

We found the place without a problem. It was a mixture of old and new. It was a nice little quaint place.
We did not have a phone number upon arrival, nor did we have a code or a key to enter the property. This was extremely frustrating after driving for 10 hours. We had to sit in the driveway and call VRBO to contact them for them to contact the property owner.
This took almost 45 minutes to get in contact with them to get inside of the home. The downstairs toilet did not have enough water pressure to flush the toilet. This needs to be repaired or addressed or there needs to be an out of order sign on the toilet. There was plenty of clean linen, towels and dishes, even wine glasses!
There was coffee ONLY left for guests. But for the most part, for the location, and the price, it served it's purpose. Thank you for hosting us in Cortland.

Home was centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Only a short drive to the tournament and downtown area.

I was all excited to stay at this property until we pulled up. The outside looked beautiful in the pictures, but definitely needs some work on the outside. The downstairs wasn't too bad but the couch was so uncomfortable and the TV was difficult to operate. I'm pretty tech savvy, but this set up was weird. The bathroom downstairs was tiny and could barely fit on the toilet with the way it was set up. The bedrooms up stairs were ok but the beds were HORRIBLE. They were so small and lumpy. They are all full size beds and just so uncomfortable. Not much sleep in this house. The thermostat was nice until 2am when it jumps to 74. We had to get up at that time every night to turn it down. There is also no access to the washer and dryer. They are in the basement and you are not allowed down there. I was not impressed and will not be staying here again.

The house is very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting our son at college. It's located on a quiet street and it has everything you need to feel at home. The owner is very accommodating and responded quickly to inquiries. I would definitely come back.
