The house is perfect for us and the fact that we could bring a dog was a plus. We loveed being so close to downtown prescott.

Can't begin to explain the joy our family had staying in this home. Grandchildren loved playing outside and roaming the property. House is very spacious and the big livingroom couch is definately the center piece along with big kitchen table. I have stayed in many Prescott properties but this is the BEST one so far. Homeowner contacted us immediately upon check in to see if we needed anything, during our stay we did not need anything! Thank you!

Perfect location to downtown. Lots of space for everyone, including the dog. Easy to find and plenty of parking. The host was very accommodating and responding quickly to requests.

We loved the patio and location. It’s walking distance to Whiskey Row with a cute path that takes you right there.

Once pd in full, host sends details, incl address & door code. Went to 3 doors before finding the touch-key lock. It's a funny little lot, but they did a nice job w/ rocks, walkways, plantings & giving it an AZ feel. Dead plants in pots tho. Prob prettier in Spring/Summer. If you're older, unsteady or clumsy (like me), there are tripping hazards so just be mindful. Beds are comfy, but 1st one's noisy & 2nd didn't have mattress pad, but found one in linen closet (which was well stocked). Couldn't get door off all-season rm to lock & couldn't operate shades on door fr master bdrm. House is very bright & roomy. Plenty of seating! Kitchen is well stocked, better than other rentals we've had. The electric outdoor grill on deck off kitchen shorted out circuit that incl deck & at 4 kitchen outlets. Host was very responsive to online msgs, but that issue was not handled prior to our departure. If you have a lg rental car (we had Chevy Suburban), you can get in & out of garage, but it's a process as there's not much room to maneuver outside & there's an extra wall & fridge to be careful of inside. Laundry rm needs cleaning. Labeling the many light switches would be nice (trial & error getting desired one). Neighbor dogs bark if you care. Great location. Newer appliances. Despite minor negatives, very comfortable & would stay there again.

We loved how spacious & clean this house is. The large wrap around deck allowed us to enjoy the nature dawn & dusk. We watched a group of 3 deer from the deck & a large buck from the sunroom. The host was very responsive to a few minor reports we wanted to pass along. The couch is quite tired & uncomfortable for taller folks. A TV in the master bedroom would be a nice addition. I would highly recommend this house & hope to be able to stay here again.

We loved the location- we could walk into town but we felt like we were out in the country. The place was so spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We met another couple there so we could tour Prescott, Sedona and the Grand Canyon after meeting in Phoenix. We loved the quaint charm of Prescott and we were within a couple of hours of everything we wanted to do. Todd communicated with us seamlessly on the vrbo app and we would def stay there again if we visit the area. Highly recommend

We had 4-generations and rented a couple houses nearby. The family preferred to enjoy meals together and hang out on the deck at this house. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We spent a wonderful time as a family in a beautiful home with a breathtaking view. There was plenty of room for kids to play and adults to relax. The home had many very nice appliances including dishes and cookware. Stayin here was one of our highlights this year as a family! I totally recommend staying here and I would love to stay again! Love the house and the closeness to the town center. We walked there almost every day sometimes twice. Loved the view and the many windows to look out. The deck was wonderful and we watched the deer every morning and evening. Only objection was, there was no kleenex in the bathrooms and no extra paper towels for the kitchen. there were no instructions about the trash, we took it down to the end of the drive where there were two cans. Hope that was the right thing to do. We do love the house and we did enjoy our stay. will probably book it again for next year.

This property was even better than the pictures. It was super clean and spacious. Todd was very responsive from booking through our last day. Huge great room and bedrooms were also large. We loved the view sitting on the deck. It felt like we were out in the country instead of a 10 minute walk to the town square. No need for uber or DD with this location. We would definitely book again. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful and memorable trip to Prescott! This beautiful home with fantastic view met all of our needs, kitchen was well equipped, comfortable beds & was exactly as described.We stayed 5 nights ,perfect for our family visiting our daughter for her Prescott College Graduation, short walk to town, restaurants, antiquing, shopping and Whiskey Row and took day trips to nearby Watson Lake and Prescott National Forest. This property is really nice for groups of 2-6. Wildlife right off the deck every morning. Within a mile of Whiskey Row. Was a perfect place to call home for our first visit to Prescott.
