The loctuon was amazing! the accommodations were perfect for our stay. We had everything we needed! We loved how quiet the location was. You can see the beach from the balcony down the lane. It could not have been a more perfect place!

The apartment is spacious, nice, comfortable, has everything a family needs for a lengthy stay. The balcony looks over a street onto the ocean. A beautiful view during sunsets. Parking is right under the house. The beach is on the other end of a short street. Restaurants are less than a mile away. Each end of the marvelous island are about 30 minutes north/south. You can drive or bike to the beautiful places. We even walked quite a few miles one day. The owners were responsive when we couldn't find the house on the first day. I would recommend to the owners to explain that 2nd St is off 7th Ave because Google Maps took us somewhere else. I would also recommend to install screens on windows and to make the air conditioner to go below 71F. Without these 2 it maybe interesting in the summer heat with mosquitoes. We were in January.

Upon arriving there were 3 tvs in the home only 2 remotes to be found. Fan in queen/twin room would not turn off and my 5yr old granddaughter had to sleep in bed with me in order not to be decapitated. I tried calling the property owners and no answer. They would message but would not answer a call. Their response to remote they would have to look into getting another one and never any clear answer on fan. About the 5th day my oldest son found the remote shoved behind bed and he took the glass globe off the fan to extract the cord to turn it off. We also tried to cook and found that the oven was locked and had to google and YouTube how to fix it because again owners wouldn’t answer my call. Porch rails have many loose boards, and it in itself seems to be barely attached. Again location was wonderful short walk to beach, beach toys were nice. Also can’t forget to mention the twin bunk bed room… beds are on ground (super low) and awkward to use. My youngest son slept in bottom bunk and has bites from head to toe. We have taken him to 2 drs since returning home, and both are saying bed bugs. Please check into this as it’s not something someone wants to get on vacation.

We were looking for a beach trip for our family (2 teens) before school starts back. This was the perfect size and location with plenty of eating options close by. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect property for our family. It was a short 5 min walk to the beach and to restaurants. We appreciated that the basics such as laundry and dishwasher detergent were available for use. Also the wagon and beach toys and umbrella were great.

The place was calm and beautiful.

It was awesome. Great location. Very short walk to the beach. Had all the equipment to take stuff down and really enjoy the beach. We saw a sea turtle laying eggs and saw several crab. Great for families.

My wife and our 2 kids stayed here for 3 nights this past week and enjoyed our mini beach vacation after a week at Disney. It was a convenient 2 hour drive from Orlando and is located just 2 blocks away from the beach. I think it’s the only property on the street that has a clear view of the water. The owners were great to communicate with the whole way through. The home was stocked with all the basic amenities including beach gear and it made our stay with little ones very convenient and comfortable. The beach access is a straight walk 4 minute walk from the house . Indian Rocks beach is very clean, not very busy and and water is warm and shallow. The nearest grocery store is only a 7 minute drive and there a few restaurants and shops within a 10-15 walking distance. Even though the house is right off Gulf Blvd, it still has a private, quiet feel to it. The only little inconvenience was that there is only one bathroom, so something to consider for multiple guests. Other than that we truly had a enjoyable time and felt like we were at home. The description was accurate, the location was perfect and we had everything we needed! Our only complaint is that we wish the unit would have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. There was food on the counters and floors, sand on all the chairs and couches, dirty laundry behind doors and a clogged tub drain.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and some local restaurants/shops. Important to note that they will charge you $100-150 if you request early check in. I have never heard of this with any house rental or hotel before.

This was our first visit to IRB and we will be back. This property was quaint and a good fit for our family. Very close to the beach. We had everything we needed. The owners were readily available to answer questions and they made us feel welcome and at home. We would book this unit again.

The condo was clean and 2 blocks from the beach which is what we were looking for. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Property was nice and was as described. Clean and nice views while being very close to beach. There is constant construction on the unit underneath with people traveling in and out often. Can be very noisy if you plan to work during your stay! Otherwise a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Darcy was very easy to communicate with and responded to our questions right away.

We loved our stay at this property! The property owners accommodated our unusual circumstances and gave us the vacation of our lifetime! This property has newer kitchen and laundry appliances and all of the needed equipment to enjoy family time or low key beach time. It is located on million dollar beach row with views of the beach from the home and walking access to the finest beach within less than two blocks. This house had us seriously contemplating quitting our jobs, selling our home, and permanently relocating. This was an experience of a lifetime and the owners have set the price point much lower than expected. Thank you!!!!
