We enjoyed our stay. We had everything that we needed. Everything was clean and worked properly. Debi was very nice and responsive. If I had one slight comment I think it would have been nice if the soap was a bit better quality. We ran out and had to go get some. That was really a nit. Thank you we did enjoy the stay! Super cute, clean and cozy condo. Not too far from Casa Blanca or Virginia River Casino. Very quiet neighborhood and the beds were comfy! This place provides all amenities for kitchen and bathroom! Plenty of towels....beach towels for the pool; even provided ice and couple pods for coffee. You have to provide your own food and snacks...the Walmart super center is not far away. If Mesquite is ever on the radar for family meet up again I will definitely return!

We have stayed in the Springs complex before. Love this area, centrally located, quiet, clean and we always felt safe. This condo All ground level, was just perfect for us. Loved the pool /hot tub. Walking paths located close by are the best . We will of course be back … already booked 😊 Thanks - Deb/ Idaho

This Condo is in a great location and is Beautiful. This is our second time staying at this property. Whenever we are in Mesquite we will try to stay here. It’s equipped with everything yiu need.

This condo was fully stocked. There were 3 recliners and a comfortable king size bed which made our stay very comfortable. We would love to stay here again next winter.

Perfect location for golf and gambling. Very quiet location with dog park close by. Will definitely attempt to stay at this property next year.

We had a great time staying here. It was clean and quiet. Having a washer/dryer helped a ton so we could wash uniforms each night. We would absolutely stay here in the future.

Within walking distance to a dog park if you have furbabies. No grass around the unit but the pebbles are small and our dog had no problem finding "a spot" during the evening hours. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. Neighbor across the path has a nice dog but off leash in the early morning hours so beware. The property manager is quick to respond. The kitchen faucet is broken. It only gives warm/hot water and the handle is broken making turning on difficult but not impossible. A plumber was called but couldn't make it out during our stay. More attention to cleanliness is needed though. The sheets were clean but stained so the housekeeper was called out at 930pm. She lives across the street and was a sweet as could be and apologize profusely. The floors didn't seem vacuumed and the bathroom drawers had previous guest hair in them. The backs of the toilets could have been cleaned better but we brought cleaning wipes so took care of it ourselves. The unit quality was decent and the furniture was comfortable including the bed. I would stay again with improvements to the cleaning.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this property. It was comfortable, easily accessible, well decorated and had everything we needed. My sister and I, along with our husbands, loved the place and would stay again the next time we travel to Mesquite.

We enjoyed this property. Had an issue with the tv but we were able to resolve it with the manager. The property was very clean and well kept. We would recommend this to anyone that asks. Don't think there are any cons.

Great 2 bedroom very close to everything. Golf course restaurants casinos. Big double garage and a large screen TV. Very organized. Would definitely recommend,

The rental was clean and updated. Kitchen was very well appointed. Great cookware. The host was great at letting us know what we needed. Highly recommend this place and hope to stay again next year.

The home was perfectly suited for our needs. Impeccably clean and nicely decorated and in a good location. If I were to complain about anything it would be that there is not a defined backyard area. The area behind the condo is common area and the neighbors use it to potty their dog, which they unfortunately do not clean up after 🙁. I didn’t go back there, but the stench is noticeable from the unit entrance area which is in the side walkway. This area is also visible from the master bedroom, so please be aware to close the blinds if you don’t want random people looking in on you while they restroom their pet.

Everything was great! Except the pool was closed for maintenance. There was a partial refund given. The property manager was unaware the pool was closed at the time of our stay. We had to find an alternative hot tub/pool to play in.

It was nice, comfortable, and close to virtually everything you would want to do: bike, hike, swim, golf, gamble, or just relax by the swimming pool. The weather was great, not too hot in the afternoon, and pleasant early mornings and late evenings. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for all of the above !

The property was AMAZING! They took such great care to make sure everything was just perfect for our arrival, super communication, CLEAN, perfect location for golfing, kitchen has everything you need. We will be back!!!
