Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving break in the house! The house was clean and ready for check in when we arrived. The only thing we needed to wait for was a warm water in the pool. We needed to turn on the pool heater and wait couple hours. The communication with the owner was good and he was checking if we needed anything.

Really nice house, clean, close to downtown and shopping.Owner is very helpful and easy to contact, also the pool is great.

We had a very nice stay at David’s property. Host was very accommodating with all the extras, towels, cleaning supplies, bathroom supplies if you forgot yours. Excellent host communication. Dave was always checking in with us to see if we were doing ok and if we needed anything. House location was great. Quiet and not far from everything you need. 10 minute drive to the beach. We were so comfortable at this place we have already booked it for next year. Thanks Dave for all of your hospitality!!

David's home is beautiful! Modern, very comfortable, fully equipped, great location. It is 12 min drive from an incredibly beautiful beach, Siesta Key. The backyard is perfect, with a heated pool, outdoor furniture and bar. The pictures are accurate but the home is even more beautiful in person! :)

From the moment we walked in we knew this would be a great vacation home. The home is close to everything and super close to so many beaches. Our favorites are Lido and Longboat. Siesta Key was even closer. The owner was so easy to work with and we even took our bay boat with no issues at all. I loved the open green space across the way from road and so did my fur babies! Pool had great colorful lights that our teen son enjoyed. You won’t be disappointed if you book this home. Thank you Dave for accommodating our needs! We want to already go back!

We were two families staying here and the property was perfect for us. The Queen/double rooms are at one end of the house, and the King Master is at the other so everyone had their own space. Those two rooms and a full bathroom are separated from the living area by a heavy pocket door which is genius. The pool area is beautiful and gets sun from late morning until sundown. Everything was clean and adequately equipped. The location is amazing if you want to visit Siesta Key Beach, being about 12 mins away, but it’s also conveniently located to groceries, shopping, dining - you name it. The street itself is a quiet cul-de-sac so there’s no through traffic and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. David was easy to communicate with and readily accessible to answer any questions or concerns. Don’t hesitate to book his place! We hope we’ll get to come again!
