Met up with our adult children and grandchildren to shop Black Mountain. The home was exactly what was listed and a perfect fit. Had a fantastic dinner at Miltons it’s worth a try.

This house was a perfect location in Black Mountain! The fire pit and hot tub were a nice plus for the chilly nights. Would definitely consider staying here again if I end up back in Asheville!

This house was conveniently located. We enjoyed our walks with the dog down to Lake Tomahawk. The house was comfortable. Kids enjoyed the foosball table and pac-man machine.

We had a great time at this property! We had 3 couples and 2 dogs stay for NYE weekend. The fenced in yard with the hot tub was great. The inside was new and everything was cleaned and well maintained.
It is a little bare on supplies, read the rules and description carefully so you know what you need to bring.

Brand new beautiful home, lovely property

My wife and I stayed in this brand new, spotless Black Mountain home just a mile from downtown while house hunting in November. The quiet, family neighborhood with mature trees all around is a short walk from Lake Tomahawk. Communication with the host and access instructions were clear. Owner always available and responsive. We had zero issues, making it simple and easy to relax and focus on learning about nearby communities. Dogs: allowed and ours travels with us with usual potty and exercise needs, met conveniently in the specified side yard area as well as longer walks around the nearby (1.5 blks away to Lake Tomahawk) park. We were grateful the owners shared their house for our Black Mountain stay. Our experience was just right and met all our needs. We will definitely consider this home again whenever our travels bring us back to the Black Mountain area! Thank you!

Terrific start to finish!
The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic! From accuracy of information to responsiveness and professionalism and helpfulness! The property was as advertised, new and pristine. Couldn't have picked a better property! Abbie was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her and her properties to anyone! We loved it and Black Mountain!

I appreciated that the house had dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. For the simple meals we made at the house we found everything we needed in the kitchen, including a crock pot. It was easy to get into Asheville and was a little over an hour to a ski hill which our kids loved. There are lots of waterfall trails not too far away. The town of Black Mountain has a small, nice downtown with cute shops and restaurants. There is also a park within walking distance to the house with a playground, golf course, croquet, tennis court, basketball court, and pool. We also had friends rent the cottage next door and that worked great for 2 families vacationing together.
