This facility was very close to the beach. Great view. Pool area is wonderful. Well stocked with about anything you might have forgotten. Would definitely stay here again.

Communication w/ host=great! Snafu with trying to reserve the day b4. But, Jamie worked with us & we were booked! It was easy to find. Parking in the sand was problematic-no key to enter the gate. Overflow parking was across the street. Instructions were clear to enter the unit. It was previously a motel turned apartments. Not super updated in between nicer properties. Exterior of property was kinda low class-especially when weekenders arrived. Trash left all over-People smoking & drinking in the pool-Lots of loud groups. A little lifted eyebrow-But, ok. Pool was clean. The hot tub is not a hot tub - it's a luke warm kiddie pool. BBQ-some guests made us jealous with the smell. We appreciated the outside hose to wash off beach sand. Easy to get to beach through a locked gate. Only a beach at low tide. High tide=waves crashing against the wall of the property. 50% of the time, you have to enjoy it from the fence above. Unit itself was average+. Mostly clean 'sides some sand that was on the floor in every room. Looked like the pictures. Cute decor. Balcony view=side of property=half view of ocean. Kitchen was just barely ok stocked for 2 people. Full size fridge/stove. No dresser. Excited about w/d. D didn't work. Jamie kindly offered to reimb. The pay units on prop were great. Advertised beach gear-all 4 chairs were unusable. Towels had to suffice. Overall, it was doable for a fun beach weekend. May not stay here again though-we like more beach time.

This was a nice place for our stay. The place is fantastic. We found it nearly perfect. Nice bonuses, beach umbrella, kids toys, built washer/dryer, great balcony view. We didnt realize that there would no be any an elevator to the 3rd floor so watch out if you need one.

This condo is beautiful and just as pictured. Jaime was very responsive. Location was so convenient. Easy access to the beach, plenty of parking, and well stocked kitchen. Bed is comfortable, linens good quality. Only thing to make all aware is that like many beach locations AC is a window unit in the living room, on a hot day, it will take a bit of time for the bedroom to cool down. But there was a fan available. Overall, I would still recommend the condo, was happy with the stay!

We are extremely familiar with NSB and just wanted a quiet place to stay over the Holiday weekend, and we lucked into Jamie's property. We sat on the porch with our coffee each morning, walked down to the beach with our chairs each day and went out to dinner each night and it was all we needed! The only issue was parking, but that is to be expected over a holiday weekend in NSB...the town with a parking issue! We highly recommend this property :)

Overall great location, views and the unit is updated as seen in the pictures. Only feedback would be to possibly add more blankets and pillows for the guests, but this did not significantly impact our trip or the 5 star rating I am giving. It’s disclosed multiple times in the description, but you do have to use the stairs up to the 3rd floor to access this unit. All in all, this is a great unit and would stay here again. Thanks!

Excellent location, right on the beach with restaurants and shopping nearby. Issy's Taco and Ice Cream shop is great.
Condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It had everything one would need; toaster, microwave, keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, hair dryer, washer and dryer. Plenty of mirrors.
The host was excellent. Communications were answered immediately.
Highly recommend Beach Gal on the best beach in Florida.

Great access to the beach.
The place is very clean and nicely decorated. It is also equipped with lots of extras, such as beach chairs and towels, etc. Jamie is a good host and quickly responsive to messages. We enoyed our time there.

Condo is super cute, well appointed with everything you need to have a great stay at the beach. Easy peasy to find, good parking, simple access to the condo and a lovely fresh interior with all the amenities needed. I especially appreciated the extra towels and beach chairs. Restaurants in the area are good and the Publix just around the corner does not disappoint. Perfect little spot for a trip to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit has been remodeled and is beautiful. It had a perfect balcony to see the beach and watch the waves. The listing looked exactly as advertised and the host was extremely responsive and had clear directions to check in and out. I would recommend this place to others and we’ll definitely be staying again!

Beach Gal Place was just as lovely as described. The host Jamie did an excellent job communicating with me and making the stay as comfortable and at ease as possible. She was a delight to rent from and was extremely gracious when our plans changed a bit. The condo is newly updated and very comfortable. I LOVED the view from the balcony. I would definitely recommend this place for a beach getaway and would stay here again!

This condo was absolutely perfect for me and my husband to get away. The fact that everything was clean and tidy in the condo and we were steps from the beach made it perfect! There were several restaurants within walking distance we were able to experience and they were awesome as well. The location is ideal for sure. They thought of all of the things we might need while we were there! The only thing I would tell someone visiting is to plan to possibly bring your own lounge/beach chairs. There are two on property but your bottom is touching the ground and the chair lean really far back so not super comfortable. Otherwise everything else was perfection! We went and got some $5 lawn chairs and it worked perfect!

The checkin process was very easy, she sent me very detailed messages with instructions. The location was perfect, right on the beach, with bars within walking distance. The parking lot was full, so we had to park on the side along the fence, and it was kinda tight with beachgoers parking there as well, but it worked out just fine. Once inside the condo, we were surprised at how NICE and homey it was! You can tell the owner takes pride in her place. We really appreciated the "extras" she had around, especially the coffee and cream she had well stocked! There were beach towels and chairs, which are always convenient when you fly to the beach and cant bring your own. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay, and hope to be back one day!!

Amazing Property
This place is great. A wonderful view of the ocean, in great proximity of restaurants/grocery stores. But the hospitality of the host is second to none, very responsive, very accommodating, and genuinely interested in us enjoying her slice of heaven! Stay here. You’ll love it!
