We booked this property for Cal Poly graduation weekend. It’s a great location for walking to beach, pier, shops, restaurants and a short drive to SLO. This property has a nice size kitchen and large table for family gatherings.

Our two night stay was anything but relaxing. Other vacationers who rented the condo two doors down partied throughout the night and when I tried to call someone at 4am on the second night to finally complain, no one answered. When I reported it the next day I was given a "sorry to hear that". I got maybe two hours of sleep each night because of all the constant foot traffic and noise. This place is secure like Fort Knox and has cameras throughout the property yet nobody seem to notice that large amount if people coming in and out at all hours of the night. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway was more of a nightmare. The way the building is set up, it actually intensifies the noise. It's hard to explain other than the walkway in front of suite is like a giant corridor that traps noise and it echoes really bad. When the neighbor would shut their door it would echo like it had been slammed. Horrible.

Plenty of time to prepare units for our arrival. Filthy dirty units, run down, light bulbs out, ants, condom wrapper in 1 unit, cable remotes all were dead, surround sound didn't work, master shower had no hot water, barbecues (2) out of propane, couches, furniture really run down. Too expensive for Budget motel amenities. Very very disappointed.

We reported it these problems to management and their response was these were high security locks in these doors and there was a process to unlocking the doors. We had two very seasoned people in our group that were very familiar with locks and came to the conclusion that the locks were simply broken and needed to be replaced. Each time we went. Outweigh were never sure we were going to get back in.

Not enough living room seating for 8 guests, only 4, so a bit inconvenient and uncomfortable for visiting with family. Dishwasher didn't work, but the guests above us were the WORST. Loud and drunk all night, urinating off their balcony onto the driveway below in front of our children. So loud we couldn't enjoy a good nights rest. No one to inform as it was "after hours" and we would incur a charge to call and complain. Not sure we will stay here again.

The unit was filthy when my brother arrived from LA and required a 5 hour wait to get it cleaned. The dishwasher in 202 did not work (we discovered after Thanksgiving dinner). I was grateful that I brought paper plates. The cleaning staff had just put dirty dishes in the cabinets. But after a 5 hour wait to get the unit clean, we just overlooked this. The rental company brought us some hand dish-washing soap, and refunded about $200 from the rental price of about $4,500. For this price, I expected more.

This was probably the nicest rental we have ever had. Everything was new and clean from furnishings to appliances. The unit was very spacious and accommodated our family very nicely. We loved the nice large patio and also the large dining table where we got to enjoy family meals together.A few things that could have made our stay even better:- Someone has got to oil the garage gate! It squeaks so badly every time it is opened and you can hear it all throughout the condo at all hours of the day and night.- Some cleaning supplies would have been very helpful. There wasn't any laundry detergent, dish soap, or all purpose spray for cleaning up daily meals, etc. I would think the owners would prefer we were cleaning tables and counters throughout our stay.- We rent vacation homes/condos pretty frequently and they usually have far more of the basics in the kitchen. For example, there weren't any staple spices, not even any salt left! I wonder if the cleaning service ended up taking the large container I bought of it and garlic salt that I left. Just use to having things like spices, and even cooking spray, sugar, oil, etc. It's hard to have to go and buy all of those items.- The pull out couch bed is pretty uncomfortable, as usual. An egg foam pad on top would make a world of difference. Was also surprised that it wasn't made up at all. We actually had a pretty hard time finding any bedding for it.- Lastly, unfortunately this one is not an easy fix... You can hear every single footstep of the tenants upstairs! So annoying! Thump, thump, thump all day and night. Too bad the construction was better between floors, it's pretty bad.But, even still, we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return again one day. The location is also much better walking distance to the beach than we thought it would be...this is a HUGE plus!

Everything is provided. Property is close to everything so walking is the way to see the town. We had a family of 6 and had a 3 bedroom unit. Very comfortable and all had their own privacy. We will return again and again and again!!

The Valentina Suites were very clean, had all the amenities we could ask for and was located in a very convenient area that was close enough for a view of the ocean but away from the crowds. The beds were comfortable, the suites were spacious and the parking was plentiful even on a busy weekend.

The property is beautiful and the furnishings and accommodations were comfortable, clean and upscale. The location is the best- you can get fresh coffee, a hot cinnamon role and great seafood within one block of the property. We visited the Cracked Crab and Rosa's and had incredible dinners both nights. Everyone at the rental agency was wonderful, friendly and helpful. We were able to extend our stay for one day with no problems at all. I will definitely come back.
