Very nice house for our group of 14. Would recommend and stay there again.

This was the perfect home for our group of seven dancers and seven moms while attending the Dance Awards. There was enough room for everyone and we did not feel crowded. The home was nicely decorated and well equipped. The host quickly responded to questions before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. It was extremely hot and humid during our visit but the house was comfortably cool the whole time. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I took our 2 kid’s families and 4 grandkids to a Disney/Universal/Kennedy trip. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out. The grandkids loved the pool and foosball table. Minor issues were promptly responded to. The water park is a bit limited, but we didn’t need it because of the personal pool.

House had everything we needed to cook meals for our group. It is close to Publix and had easy access to the highways. Quiet surroundings as well.

House and neighborhood was well kept. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The addresses on the houses should have some form of lighting. It is difficult to read the numbers at night especially since all the houses look the same.

I had a veeat stay,the home was really nice,it was extremely clean and we had a beautiful view of the lake,he the community was really beautifully ans well kept. I has a great experience with thr property management, they took care of what whatever needs I had, the experience was really nice. I definitely recommend this place, the price is phenomenal!!!! Thany you sooooo much for a beautiful stay.

We athoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house was very responsive and communicative. The pool and spa were a huge hit and the community amenities are great!

We stayed at this property in late April 2023, and found it to be the perfect place for 2 families - 4 adults, 3 children aged 12-15. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a lot of space to spread out. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The pool was perfect after a long day. We had a slight issue with the television in the main living room, but it was fixed within 15 minutes of me bringing it to Andrew's attention. Communication was quick and appreciated! The location is perfect. There were many restaurants and grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. Disney parks are a 10-15 minute drive away. Overall, we loved the house/neighborhood and will be staying again in the future.

The house was lovely overall. Plenty of space for everyone. Pool and hot tub were great with nice sunset views and lake views. We had visiting ducks to the house every morning and evening which the kids loved and they named them. Close proximity to the community pool/water park. Convenient location for restaurants, grocery store and target/Walmart. Close and east access to all theme parks and attractions!! Would definitely book and stay at this property again. Our family really enjoyed our time there!

Property was as advertised, view of water was nice. We stayed of new years eve and it was fun to watch all of the random fireworks from the hot tub area. Experience was good and I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. We spent our Thanksgiving in this spacious, immaculate home with heated pool. My grandbabies and nieces and nephews loved the pool and spacious rooms in the home. Everyone had their own bathrooms, which made our stay perfect. I will definitely stay here again. It was one of the best family vacations we've had thus far.

It was a beautiful home. It had everything we needed or wanted. It was very clean, including the pool, grill, and washer and dryers. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was hard to get the grandkids out to go to bed. Everyone had their own room with TV's, allowing to get some separation when needed. The community pool and water park was a nice perk. It's location to WDW and Universal is very convenient as are the grocery stores. Andrew, the property manager, responded to all question very quickly. He came over to drop off more pool towels and to check that the pool maintenance people came twice to clean. We definitely recommend this property for an excellent vacation.

House was big enough for 3 families and never felt crowded. Pool is on the smaller size but still worked out ok and the hot tub was nice.

Our party of 9 (two families with kids) had a great stay. This property is very close to WDW and we were able to come back and rest each day. Plenty of room to spread out and the pool was lovely. Andrew, our host, was very responsive and quickly answered any questions.

The experience we had was so fantastic. From the communication to the property itself. I had several questions before we arrived and Andrew answered everything within minutes. He gave me suggestions to help make the trip and stay so smooth. The house was perfect and exactly if not better then we expected. We highly recommended this property and will be back (hopefully soon).

We booked this property after our reservation at a different villa was cancelled, after initially being annoyed at the situation, we now feel fortunate to have stayed at this villa! The location is excellent - both within Storey Lake and the local area. The villa faces the river and so feels very private, it is only a short walk to the resort amenities. There are loads of restaurant to visit or get deliveries from, that are just a couple of minutes drive away. We found good deals at Smoky Bones, pizza press was really tasty, and the breakfast at First Watch was good value and delicious. From the time of booking, all the way to leaving the villa, the communication with the host Andrew was first class, always responded immediately to any question and really accommodating. He worked hard to get us an early check in and late check out to suit our flight times - this really helped us! The villa itself was lovely, clean and modern. It had everything you could wish for to ensure a comfortable stay. Felt really spacious but also homely. The pictures hardly do it justice, it is cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. Our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 under 10) loved our time at the villa we couldnt recommended it enough, we would definitely stay again - thanks a lot!

We had a great stay at this property! It was so close to the water park in the neighborhood property. The property manager replied almost instantly to all of our messages. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. If you need to store leftover food, there wasn’t any Tupperware so you may want to bring your own. It had 3 different coffee makers so no matter your preference, it had it! The grill is listed as an amenity; however, it is actually a $50 charge. The grill is a Weber in excellent condition. The pool was very clean and probably our favorite feature of the property. They had plenty of pool toys for us to use and they provided beach towels! The pool/water park had plenty to do for everyone. They had a waterside which was a favorite for our family. The bar had terrific drinks. The drinks and food are expensive, which was expected. They do not allow outside coolers in, which was a bit disappointing but probably normal for places like that. Get there early because it gets crowded! If you are traveling with small children, they provided a highchair, plates, silverware. The layout of the house was fantastic. Kids could be upstairs watching tv while the adults stayed downstairs. The only reason for the 4 star review was because I think a few things were skipped in the cleaning process; however, the overall cleaning was acceptable. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Everything was perfect

My husband and I absolutely loved this house! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Andrew was an exceptional host and communicated with us throughout the process to be sure our stay was fabulous. We'll certainly book this property again!

My wife and I just returned from a six (6) week stay in Storey Lake. I can't say enough good things about this property. Storey Lake is a perfect location to access theme parks, shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and well appointed. The property manager, Andrew, was responsive and a pleasure to work with. We can't wait to get back!

First time Disney experience the rental property was perfect for all of us. First time away for Christmas and this was a magical place!! Space for everyone and privacy if needed!
