Beautiful house, centrally located on the Cape. Close to rail trail, hiking trails, beach and great local bakery and restaurants.

We rented this home last week (my family with two teens ages 14 and 17, and my sisters family with two teens, ages 17 and 19) and everyone left saying it was the best vacation we've had! The location of this beautifully updated home is not far from beaches, downtown Chatham, and other great areas to visit on the Cape (like Sundae School for ice cream daily ;)) The owners Mark and Costas were incredibly responsive, and the house was in perfect condition. We loved it so much that we ended up cooking dinners at home most nights playing cornhole, watching movies and playing games. Highly recommend and hope to get back for another family vacation there soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay— the house was clean and well stocked and we greatly appreciated how baby/kid friendly it was. Close walk to the beach! We will be back!

This house worked perfectly for our family of 8 ((5 adults and 3 children). Plenty of room . We especially like the 3 seasons room . Perfect for playing games on the rainy days. Enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. The house is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need.
It’s in a peaceful residential location and we enjoyed the sunny patio in the morning. There is a restaurant, Drifters, a short walk from the house, where we had two great meals.
Communication with the owner was easy and always prompt.

We stayed here for our son's wedding weekend in December. It was the perfect house for 7 of us to all have plenty of comfortable space. and a very convenient location! Two masters with their own baths really helped. Having both masters on the first floor was really appreciated by my 80 year old mom! I would love to come back in the summer when we could enjoy the beautiful beach that is at the end of the street! The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We only enjoyed breakfast there but it would be a great space for family meals around the large table. Thanks, Mark!

Renting this VRBO was a great experience!! Mark quickly responded to all my questions. The home was clean and just a wonderful place to come back to every evening. Everything was just like in the listing. Chatham was beautiful as well as all of Cape Cod. Hopefully, we’ll be back one day.

This was a sisters getaway. This house was immaculate, 10 minutes from beaches and shopping , and spacious. After enjoying our morning coffee on the enclosed deck, we were off exploring the rest of the day. We had a fabulous stay!

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home so much! It was perfect for our family, all of the bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with whatever you may need. The sunroom was a lovely space and we used it to eat most of our meals. The neighborhood was perfect for the runners in our family and just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy for everyone. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back next summer!

We enjoyed the location, with the local beach an easy 0.6 mile walk away, and Monomoy wildlife refuge, Nickerson State Park and Chatham all within short drives. We also enjoyed take out from the Red Nun Bar and Grill.
