Clean and comfortable with amazing views

Family Reunion
Property was perfect for our three families. The view is outstanding and the accomodations were great.
Deck had a couple of boards sticking up we had to be careful of.
Property manager was quick to respond.
Instructions regarding house were a little confusing with regard to recycle and compost. They also said to not drink the water, which we didn't but I think there is a filtered water spigot at the kitchen sink.
All in all a fabulous time with relatives and the Ruidoso area.
Thank you. We would love to rent this house again.

Spring vacation to Ruidoso
We had a wonderful stay at this property in March. The house is in a quiet, upscale neighborhood with breathtaking views. It is just outside of Ruidoso, in Alto, but stores and shops are a short drive down the hill. The home was perfect for two families with plenty of space. We did have to watch the little ones closely due to stairs (which are centrally located) and height of the back porches, but the sliding door at the top of the stairs and locks on all external doors made this easier. The host was wonderful and kept in contact throughout our stay. He saw to it that we were all comfortable and able to fully enjoy our time at the house. It was such a fun trip and we can’t wait to go back to visit the mountains again!

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Pictures do not capture how great this house is and the owners are fantastic. Beautiful views and all the home comforts in a great area with tons of wildlife.

Perfect location! Close to golf course. Beautiful view from patio. Hot tub was fantastic. House was clean. Really loved that all rooms had king beds so it was fair for all!
