The property was very clean and comfortable and only minutes from the beach. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Property manager was very easy to contact and very helpful. It was a great experience and we would happily stay here again!

The house was clean and the location was great! Our only suggestion is the living room furniture isn’t very comfortable. Maybe a comfy sectional or couch. We weren’t there very much, but it would be more homey if there was updated furniture. We would stay again.

We were in the San Diego area for a family wedding. Property was clean, spacious, stylish and within walking distance to restaurants,the waterfront, and shops. It was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.Sunsets and walks to La Jolla Cove to see the wildlife was great! Access to beaches also good!! Would go back again if in the area!

Location was perfect. Space was great for 2 adults & 2 kids. Well equipped condo. Appreciated having access to extra towels if needed. Sadly did not use the balconies/outdoor space but it looked great and spacious!

Spent 4 nights in this condo - 2 adults and 3 kids. It is an excellent location and walking distance to restaurants and La Jolla cove. It is also quiet. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the beach and walking back. The condo was stocked with beach towels, cooking utensils and laundry facilities. The off street parking was also good and easy to access. That said, we stay in many VRBOs and this one needs some repairs given the price point. These are minor repairs that are easily addressed- for example fixing the shower curtain so the rod doesn’t fall down, replacing the front door with a key pad that works consistently, repairing some of the cabinets where the faces are falling off, and replacing the air mattress that consistently drained air overnight. These are little repairs that would make this a 5 star review. I would also say that this condo truly only sleeps 4 people comfortably. The minor inconveniences were truly minor in the grand scheme of things and was made up with the excellent location.

The property was close to great attractions, shopping, and restaurants in La Jolla. It was only a short car ride into San Diego. Having two private parking spots in the garage made it easy to get around. We will definitely be back in the future!

The apartment is a short walk to the beach and downtown La Jolla with the advantage of having on street all night parking as well as the spaces in the garage (the two spaces that come with the apt cannot fit two American cars.). The apartment comes with lots of towels, linens, a well stocked kitchen as well as beach chairs, towels and items for toddlers. It was very pleasant for the two-week stay I enjoyed with room and privacy for a guest or two.

My family and I had such a lovely stay at this condo. It was in a very quiet neighborhood even though there were lots of other neighbors/buildings nearby. The space was plenty for the 6 of us. Rooms were very nice and beds, even the air bed, was all so comfortable!
The kitchen had everything we needed for prepping meals and enjoying meals without going out. There were a lot of shops and restaurants near by that was walkable distance.
La Jolla shops and cove was also nearby. There was a beach/tide pool area that we went to multiple evenings, since it was so close, basically in the backyard! Lovely place to view the sunsets that we will surely miss! The condo had beach chairs, beach toys for us to use at the beach.
It was in close proximity to a lot of attractions also. We definitely enjoyed the extra clothes hangers, beach towels, and linen that were available to use. Thank you for making our trip so memorable and great!! : )

What a joy to stay here. After a long 7 hour drive from Tucson through a hot, dusty desert we arrived to the upscale neighborhood of this condo. Opened the 3 sliding balcony doors and listened to the waves crashing on the nearby shore. The condo presented warm, inviting and well-maintained. Impressed by everything available to meet our needs, down to extra blankets, fully stocked kitchen, up-to-date appliances, even baby items (not that we needed those, but amazing these items were available for use). The condo is in a quiet area just a block from the beach with the street down to the beach a few doors away. We walked all around La Jolla because it was so close from the condo. This will be my go-to get-away place from now on.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo with a 4-year-old. The condo was very close to the tide pools and beaches, and we were able to walk to several restaurants. There’s also a recreational center a couple blocks away that our daughter enjoyed! The condo is well-stocked with cooking supplies, beach towels and toys, and even had an umbrella stroller that was extremely helpful during our stay.

I could not have asked for a better location for our trip to San Diego. This condo is within walking distance to the ocean and many good restaurants. It is spacious and clean with easy parking. Could not recommend it enough

We loved staying at this property. It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. We loved the neighborhood. The condo itself was very comfortable and had three great balconies to use - our favorite features.

We loved staying here & would definitely stay again. Walkable to both downtown & the beach. My husband & I live in north county but our friends were in town for college baseball. We took advantage of their visit & treated ourselves to a staycation. The condo size was perfect for the four of us. We brought food/drinks from home but also took advantage of the local restaurants. Check in, check out was easy, beds we’re comfortable, all around a great stay!

The location was fabulous, easy to walk down to the water, very close to by the village, able to access shops and restaurants. The condo was beautiful, very clean with spacious bedrooms and a perfect upstairs area with a ocean view.

Enjoyed our stay here. Spot is a great location for La Jolla--short stroll to the beach and close to many restaurants. Easy check-in process and comes with gated garage parking.

Everything about this place is wonderful! The condo is in a perfect location, quiet, nice balconies, secure parking, very clean, a great shower, large closet (with many hangers - thank you!), extremely comfortable bed & recliners in the living room and is stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. This is the place we'd definitely stay again and would highly recommend to all our friends and family. P.S. The white kitchen cabinets look great!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything worked as expected. Due to us sharing the condo with another couple, the bedrooms were a lot closer than we expected. Outside of that, the La Jolla area is absolutely beautiful. It's convenient to nearby shopping. The condo is very close to the water. We actually looked forward to getting our daily exercise walking along the beach. The way the condo/building is situated, you can get "a peak" of the ocean from the balcony but don't expect full ocean views. If I were to do it all over again, I'd have no problem staying here.

We love staying at this property; it is our second summer coming (we have stayed in 2 different units). We spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio and down time watching tv in the comfortable beds. We appreciate the parking spaces, beach gear, air mattress and w/d. Had almost everything we needed; but unlike the other unit this one does not have a bbq on the patio or a portable fan (it was very humid and hot during our stay and the a/c was great but we felt hot at night sleeping). We also felt that the unit could benefit from some cosmetic upgrades as there is a lot of wear and tear. Overall the location is wonderful, we love La Jolla, San Diego and the easy beach access/walk ability to dining and shops. Communication with a manager is great. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, easy check in. Clean property. Air mattress for 5th family member would not stay inflated and no response when contacted by phone. Left several messages and no response.

Amazing location to the ocean. Wonderful neighborhood with secure parking. House exceeded my expectations and everything from start to finish was so easy. Although we didn’t cook (enjoyed the surrounding restaurants) we could have as everything we would need was there. We all got good sleep with comfy beds as well. Would highly recommend and hope to return again soon.

Pleasant in La Jolla
The spparment had everything needed for a pleasant holiday in beautiful La Jolla. The kitchen was well equipped, washer and dryer worked perfectly and the beds were confortable. Internet worked fine, which our teenagers enjoyed very much. The proximity to the beach was perfect, even beach chairs and body boards were available. We were also impressed with the cleaning and yes, would love to come back.

We had a lovely time at your property. Everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable was available. The kitchen was nicely stocked allowing us to do some meals in. There was plenty of space for the four of us to spread out and we enjoyed the outdoor patio(s) for morning and evening beverages. Being close to the water and in walking distance to shops and restaurants was a bonus!
We had a little trouble finding the condo entrance based on how our map routed us. But once we found it, it was great to have secured parking for our stay. We’d love to stay here again!

Beautiful condo, great location. It was perfect for us. We walked to the beach and walked into town for some great eating. It was fully stocked with essentials. Von’s is close too, so we cooked many meals there as well. We loved it there.
