Clean, neat, beachfront Beauty. We came for a short stay, Changing Tides is better than expected. We will return to the area again and if available stay in the same place.

We are in love with Caswell Beach and absolutely loved our accommodations. Everything we could possibly need was provided and then some.
Thank you so much for a happy and restful holiday. We would love to come again soon and stay longer!!

We had a delightful escape to the beach in Changing Tides! Everything was in great shape, the kitchen was well equipped and the view was magical! We have already booked our return stay.

Overall we absolutely loved the space, it seemed newly renovated so it was all nice, new & clean(high end appliances). The location was fantastic, right next to the beach entrance. There were alexias(google dots?) in each room which could be useful to some but we don’t care to have them even in our own home so we just unplugged them.
My only complaint was the communication wasn’t clear in checking in, it’s contactless entrance but you still need to get a parking pass and pool key from the oak island accommodations office. In the emails it says you *might* need to pick up those things but then never clarified that We personally did for this specific unit. This was all quickly resolved with a quick phone call, they were very responsive when I called and it was a short trip to the office to get what we needed. We can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful beach front condo
