My check in was on Tuesday the 26th of December 2023, @ 4pm and the first thing that I noticed was that the trash can outside was already full, second there was no internet and our phones had no reception so we couldn't communicate with Vacasa to inform them of the situation, the fireplace wasn't working, the livingroom T.V. didn't have a power cord, the upstairs restroom toilette seat had black erased hearts that were slightly erased but still viewable. The upstairs bedroom's smoke detector started beeping and there was no fire so we noticed that the batteries were low, the downstairs bathroom door doesn't lock, the downstairs bedroom that is facing the street wall furnace heats up scorching hot and doesn't have a warning label, so I slighlty scorched my hand on it while checking the heat. Vacasa showed up on Wednesday to tell us that the fireplace was out of service and that they couldn't fix the internet so we had to wait for an internet technician to show up on Thursday at 1:30 when we were told that they would come in a time frame of 8-12. We delayed our outing waiting for them. The downstairs bedroom's comforter was also torn. We have pictures of all these unfortunate inconveniences. I called Vacasa to report all of this and requested compensation and they said to just wait for a call. I wish that all these inconveniences were taken care of before arriving and to note that there was no cell service at the cabin on the website to prevent any inconveniences.

We immediately loved the location, all the extra details like soaps and utensils. Everything was so clean and an overall great experience!!!

This is such a cute cabin with lots of space! They did a great job creating lots of sleeping space in this cabin, even though we didn’t need all of it. Looks like some of it was recently renovated. Loved the patio, but the house is close to the main road so you got a lot off traffic noise from the patio, not while inside. Also there is a gun range nearby, not sure how far away, but we could hear the sound of repetitive gun shots while we sat on the patio… not exactly what I want to hear when I’m relaxing on a patio. Again, you can’t hear it from the inside of the house. Kitchen was stocked dishes, etc, but the basic condiments were lacking… I went to the dollar store to get pepper and coffee. I’ve never rented a house that didn’t have those basic things. I left them there, so you are welcome to whoever stays after me. But the property management company should make sure those things are stocked. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise on the patio. I would look for a more quiet area of town in Bass Lake.

My friends and I had a great 3 nights stay , place is quiet , clean , well organized,, though some things inside the cabin needs replacement. Door knob locks needs fixing especially the bathroom door. The place is 7 min drive to the lake , Julie was very helpful , answering all questions and giving us an idea as to what was expected.. Overall ill give it 5 star
