This property was exactly what it said it was. IIt was well decorated, comfortable, and convenient. We were able to kayak and bike and that’s why we came. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would rent this unit again. Thank you to the owner.

Paradise
What a magnificent view of Jug Creek. We viewed dolphins, osprey, brown pelicans, sunrises, and much more from the screened lanais. The condo is awesome! It was immaculately clean and well stocked. The refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher had just been updated.
Our host provided a great welcome package including information on local dining and attractions. They were very responsive to any questions and great to work with.
A path for walking and biking runs the length of Pine Island and is quickly accessible from Bocilla Island Club. Lots of other hiking options including Calusa Land Trust properties. It is a quick boat ride over to sandy beaches on the gulf shore. Pine Island is a boater’s paradise.

We cannot describe how beautiful Bolkellia is, and this unit in the Bocilla Island Club does not disappoint! We had a magnificent view of the marina on Jug Creek and were just a couple hundred yards from a pier out into Charlotte Harbor. The townhouse was immaculately clean with everything you could need, and more. The kitchen was complete with high quality cookware, new appliances, and granite countertops. The screened lanais were perfect for watching the daily visits from the dolphins and enjoying the sunrise. Our host Gerald, responded to any questions promptly and was great to deal with. We can’t praise this unit enough and are looking forward to returning next year.
