This was a magical weekend for our family in a perfect location. The property was immaculate and met our needs ideally. Four couples with little kids can enjoy the spacious bedrooms easily. Congratulations to the hosts for doing all the right things to make this very memorable for us.

We had a great time in the lovely house playing board games around the table and it made a great home base for hiking and walking the beach.

Beautiful house and location! It was perfect for our family (4 adults, toddler and infant) to stay for a quick visit of Seaside and Cannon Beach on our way up the Oregon coast. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was super clean! Including the hot tub. Super neat place with lots of space to hang out. Very pretty view also. Easy access to beach. Had a fire on the beach with wood from the garage. Super neat! Also loved that they had bikes available! Used them as well.

This property was comfortable, clean and spacious for our group! I particularly loved the labeling system as we cleaned the space during our stay to keep all materials organized on ongoing basis. We had more than what we needed for family meals and getting comfortable in our bedrooms. Note that the bottom room got really cold but there is a space heater that really helped with temperature confort. The welcome packet was also very informative. If you are looking for a place to stay that's spacious for a larger group to both have time together or need a moment for private rejuvenation, and is very clean, this is a great place to go. Plus, the view of the water was spectacular!

My family and I love visiting this location. Great family living space with a fabulous view. All the beds are very luxurious. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils. I recommend this place 10 out of 10.

Great house, with 7 of us, love the 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Beachfront view, loved watching the waves and the surfers. Great beach to walk.

We have never found a cleaner, well provisioned home to stay at in Seaside, or anywhere for that matter. This home has high end finishes, and has all the accessories for the beach or a gourmet chef in the kitchen. After 20 years of Seaside, OR vacations, this was the best property we have ever stayed at. We can't wait to go back.

Home is beyond beautiful!!!!! So clean and spacious. Very comfortable for hanging out with family and friends and the location is one in a million, what a view of the ocean and the surfers.

Our stay was exceptional. Perfect location for beach combing, touring Seaside, and watching surfers on the ocean waves. Loved the rocking chairs by front window. We spent hours there in mornings relaxing drinking coffee and mesmerized by ocean waves. Plenty of room for the whole family. Our kids wanted to live there.

Pros: •Unbeatable ocean views, no obstructions, no houses in front of you. •Best value for oceanfront and size of home • Gi-normous TVs • Hotub was high end with lights and waterfall feature • Kitchen very well stocked. Had everything a cook could need • Aluminum foil, plastic wraps stocked in drawers • Bikes x7, body boards, outdoor games, inside games, puzzles, chess set, beach kites (good quality), beach toys galore • bedrooms were nicely private • Gas Stove for cooking • Stairs have gates for kids and dogs • BBQ with propane Cons: • 3 floors is alot of stairs! • utility is on 3rd floor. For such a big home, would be nice to have 2nd utility on main floor or bottom floor. • Going down to the bottom floor to let our dog out for potty breaks got my steps in but also was exhausting at times. • The heating thermostat is centrally located on the main floor. Would have been nice for a thermostat zoned for each floor. This left the bottom bedroom coldish. Which we didn't use that bedroom and did not bother us.

This home is spectacular. The views were amazing and even though the weather was not great we were able to enjoy the ocean. Everything you might need was available and it was spotless!

We are a group of 8 women from all over the country who met in medical school in 1983 and we try to take a trip together every year. The photos don't do this house justice. It was sparkling clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortably and tastefully furnished. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and we used a lot of it for our daily brunches. There are ample towels, pillows, bed linens, and throw blankets. Even when it rained we were all perfectly content to sit in front of the fireplace looking out the huge windows at the beach a stone's throw across the street. We walked on the beach and hiked a couple of trails and ate at some good restaurants, but mostly just relaxed and enjoyed each other's company in this wonderful house.

You are right in front of the beach, but with a road between you and the beach. It’s a road that’s 25 mph but it was a constant watching of the kids and dog to get back and forth. The views from the living room and master were amazing, it’s a beautiful beach area. House was awesome, very clean, perfect for two families, beds were super comfortable and the layout was great. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Master room and bath was fantastic. Had great recommendations from the hosts and they were fast to respond. Definitely a great place to stay!

This home did not disappoint! Very clean and well-stocked with everything you need including stuff for the beach! Extra linens for everything! Very comfortable place to stay! Views were absolutely gorgeous! We will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I brought our two kids and a friend each for a fabulous trip to Seaside. The house was immaculate, well stocked from kitchen items to bikes, kites, chairs and a wagon to haul everything to the beach and even fans for all the rooms! The hot tub was easy to access and preheated, definitely a nice treat. You can't beat the location and the view! There were a few minor issues that Malia and Arnold addressed IMMEDIATELY, thank you! Their quick response put us at ease for anything we needed. Our family of 7 have rented 20-30 houses over the years and this house was definitely one of the top 3, we will be back! Thank you Arnold & Malia for a wonderful house to enjoy our vacation.
