The condo was wonderfully decorated with a very modern look. Easy access to the beach. Owner provided chairs, umbrella, boogie board and beach towels which really help with packing. Highly recommended!

We took our first trip to St Augustine with our family of four over Labor Day weekend. The location was perfect and no big crowds around. The condo was perfect for a family of four with two kids in one room and us in the other that had the gorgeous view of the newch and conservation area. The host was very responsive! The comdo was extremely clean. Would definitey stay here again! The beach access is right around the corner of the condo building

HAD GREAT 17TH YR TRIP! 1st time St. Augenstein. This was great condo. Had all we needed. Enjoyed having the beach chairs. She supplied bathroome supplies that helped. Would definitely recommend!

We loved the condo! It was very clean, nicely decorated, furnishings/beds were great. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and pans to make meals. The two balconies were amazing, especially the master bedroom one. My two kids loved their bedroom which had super cute bedding. The pool towels, boogie boards, and chairs available were a nice touch as well. We will definitely be back!

This townhouse is lovely and was perfect for our family vacation. Beach was beautiful. The views from the balconies were stunning. It's located in a nice area, close to downtown. There were 4 beach towels, a few chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella - all nice to have available for use. There were also full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms, which was definitely more than I was expecting. The host was very easy to reach and quick to respond. We look forward to returning and staying again.

This rental unit was fabulous! It is beautifully decorated and has a gorgeous view of the ocean which you can see from the minute you walk in the door. Check-in was a breeze with the no keys entry. The condo has been recently updated and provided our family all the comforts of home. It was extremely clean, well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, and is just steps to a spectacular beach. There are some very thoughtful gestures left for renters that you may not find other places such as travel coffee mugs with k-cups inside, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. The furniture on the balconies provides maximum comfort while watching the sunsets over the ocean. The king-size bed in the spacious master bedroom was very comfortable. There is a pool for everyone, but also an adult only pool if you are seeking somewhere a little quieter. We ubered into downtown St. Augustine several evenings to eat at OC Whites, Harrys, and Pizzalleys. We love this area of St. Augustine and will definitely look forward to renting this unit again in the near future.

This was our second year in Butler Beach and the townhome was perfect for our family of four. It was exactly as described and what we were looking for. Easy beach access and close to everything associated with St. Augustine without any of the busyness. We will definitely be back to Butler Beach and in the same townhome.

This unit was extremely clean. Unit has awsome views. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Unit is well stocked with towels and beach equipment. Only a few things that need fixed, during our stay we could not get hot water to come out of the kitchen sink i ran the water for about 15 min and still didnt have hot water, the bathroom vent fan needs fixed it sounds rough, and the master shower head needs attention, it water pressure out of it is extremely low. Overall me and family an excellent time at this unit. Awsome views and many good memories made.

This rental was wonderful! The decor was beautiful, it is newly updated. We loved the two balconies. Especially the table off the living room balcony to eat all our meals at. The beach is beautiful too! If you have small kids, just know this part of the beach is accessible to cars for driving on the beach and parking. It didn’t hinder our experience since the beach is so wide during low tide! We loved seeing lots of wildlife, tortoises, bunnies, lizards, and we even saw a Bobcat near the Mantanza inlet east parking lot/pathway to the beach. Highly recommend going to downtown St. Augustine, fountain of youth, Mantanza National Forrest trail and you can take a free ferry to the Fort over there. There is also another fort in downtown St. Augustine that you can walk around or pay admission to go in. We loved the Columbia restaurant, and Salt Life. Violas pizza was amazing and May Day icecream was so good and homemade! We walked around downtown so fun to see the history in the area! If you fly in Jacksonville there is also a Navy base near the airport worth a stop if your kids are plane lovers like mine! Such a fun area with so much more to do! We chose the beach each day and did little things here and there. We loved that downtown was only 15 min away.

Stayed for a week. A quiet neighborhood with a great view of the ocean from both floors. Pool was wonderful. Loved the wildlife . . . pelicans flying over and the land turtles. Just steps to the beach. We would definitely come back. Rooms are more narrow than appeared in the photos. Would be a bit small for two couples.

This was our first time in St Augustine and we hope it’s not our last. This condo was perfect for my family of four. Extremely clean, very quiet neighborhood and gorgeous ocean views. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook every meal and just relax at the beach. We hope this is not our last trip to the area and this condo.

Very clean and well equipped. Had a relaxing time. Neighbors were a bit loud at times and the smell of marijuana wafted to our porch area. But we had great weather and wonderful meals throughout our stay.

This property was clean and freshly updated. Nice linens and towels. Also extras which is always appreciated. The place was perfect.

This place was amazing! My husband and I took our honeymoon here and are so happy we did! The proximity to the beach is what drew us in, but Candy’s place is truly a beach heaven! Everything you could need on vacation, she has! The place was clean, bed was comfortable and the views were spectacular. Next time we find ourselves in St. Augustine we will be booking back here!!!

Condo is beautiful. It overlooks the beach and is only 15 minutes to everything St Augustine has to offer. The owners provided board games, beach chairs and boogie boards. Kids loved spotting the lizards and turtles. We’ll stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

What would make this even better would be an appreciation gift like often seen at other places. Such as: bottle of wine; or small bag or basket of snacks; or branded soap; or couple of gift bottles of water. Any small gesture to signal appreciation for staying. Just a thought to consider that would be well received by your guests.

We loved the high chairs on both balconies for fabulous views, especially the morning sunrises.

My husband love the location, the cleanliness and convenience of restaurants and stores close by.

Our family of 4 enjoyed a few days away and the condo was exactly what we needed. The view of the beach is great from both balconies. The pool is near the unit too. Convenient to the historic district too. We will stay here again.

We enjoyed Candy's gorgeous oceanfront Condo at Sea Place ! Such a beautiful and well kept property, inside and out. The views from the living and master bedroom were incredible! The beach was also very well kept. We recommend dining at the nearby Sunset grille and the Commanders Shellfish Camp which is only about a half mile away. We went over the Bridge into the City to enjoy the Hop On Hop Off Tram and the Nights Of Lights Trolley. You can park and get tickets for both at the Visitor Center. For convenience and groceries there is a Publix very close to the Condo. We can't wait to stay again! We had wonderful communication with Candy. She was so helpful in her recommendations and responded to any questions sweetly and promptly! Stayed w Husband and our good friends Dec. 2022

Our family has been coming to St Augustine for years. This space was perfect. Right on the beach and close to downtown. It was a wonderful spot to relax as a family. Candy was absolutely wonderful making our stay perfect. Thank you for a great time!

Took a much needed vacation with my adult daughter for several nights. Place is right on the beach. Conservation space between the condo and beach with turtles galore! Gorgeous views. Condo was spotless and exactly as it is listed. We had a wonderful relaxing time! Coffee on the balcony in the morning, glass of wine at night! Beds were super comfortable! Condo has everything you need. Candy was an excellent host/manager. She responded immediately, gave us great advice and was super to work with! I would highly recommend this place and would return to it again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Me and my girlfriends absolutely LOVED Candy's property! From the minute we walked in, we could tell it was squeaky clean - it smelled fresh, and everything was spotless. Even the table outside - smooth and clean - no dirt or grime. IMPRESSIVE!!! The condo has been renovated and the renovations were lovely. Comfortable furniture and cute beachy decorations as well. The condo was stocked well, and we didn't need any additional supplies during our stay. There also were Roku TVs in the living room and each bedroom. We spent most nights on the balcony, playing games and laughing. The views from the balcony were gorgeous - spent many hours staring out to the ocean. The access to the beach was easy - very little stairs. The beach was clean and uncrowded. We were also surprised and happy to see that the beach was drivable! We of course took advantage of this since we had a Jeep and LOVED it! Candy also supplied camp chairs, a beach umbrella and boogie boards for the beach. Candy was a superb host - we communicated a few times prior to our stay, and she was very responsive and quick to reply. What a great experience overall!

The condo was absolutely spectacular!! From the views, to the cleanliness, steps to the beach and downtown St. Augustine. The owner was great in communicating everything from entry into the condo and great places to eat. I would highly recommend this condo to family and friends!
