The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately for the price of the listing, we would have liked some more amenities. There were no washcloths or hand soap. The stovetop did not work and the water from fridge didn’t work properly. The beds did not have clean sheets…overall, the house was not cleaned well. The backyard was beautiful, and the pool would be a hit in the summer.

Great Property
My stay started off a little bumpy but Leo made it all better very quickly!!! When I arrived to the house the master bed wasn’t made which made me feel that the house hadn’t been totally cleaned. I reached out to the owner n he responded immediately. He offered us another house to stay in for the night while he have someone to come clean the house from top to bottom!!! He also refunded the cleaning fee!! When we returned to the house it was fresh n clean! The house itself was perfect for my family from out of town (10) very nice and spacious!! The outside patio n pool is a great addition to this house!!! Leo is a great host, you can’t go wrong with one of his properties!!!!

Leo has a great property for groups to stay at while in Dallas. Our group of college friends had a great time at this property while in town for the Razorbacks & Texas A&M game.
I highly recommend this location.

House is really nice, beds were very comfortable. Enough room for all 11 of us. The only thing we didn’t like was the dining room chairs, good for the kids but very uncomfortable for adults. Kids enjoyed the pool and the pool table is a definitely a plus.
