Beautiful furnished and clean home. The neighborhood was quiet and extremely peaceful. My children loved watching the wild life out of the windows in the three season room. Would definitely stay again!!

A Retreat for Three Ladies. The house was spotless, it was beautiful, it was exactly what we needed! Comfortable Beds, HOT HOT (welcoming) Water, and a serene back yard.... we didn't' want to leave.

This house is in a nice location. Loved the sunroom where we enjoyed our meals. There is a full bathroom on the 3rd floor, a half bath on main floor, and a full bathroom in the basement with a walk-in shower.
The house was clean, but the bottom floor was unusable due to a very strong musty odor. There was a dehumidifier in the basement but it wasn’t running when we arrived. We ran the dehumidifier and opened windows, but 5 days later the smell was still so overwhelming to everyone, that we were not able to use the bottom floor except for using the shower.
The beds were very comfortable and the house was nice to hang out with friends. We really enjoyed going to Race Point Beach in Provincetown.

If you wish for a quiet area this is it. House is nice with a great inside porch and deck area.
Especially for summer rentals. Full bath is upstairs. 1/2 bath downstairs.

This home has a great homey-cozy feel. Love the screened in porch and the availability of a nice propane fire pit to use. Perfect for a fall night. Home was very clean and organized. Lighting is great overall weather window daylight or indoor lights. I like the availability of rooms and bathrooms from top to basement. Overall had a great experience staying here!

The location in Brewster was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. The porch was very nice all day long. As an older person, the room lighting could be improved and more. Backyard was very nice also. Enjoyed our stay as we had our grown children with us and family in the area.

Loved the quiet neighborhood, was close to everything we wanted to do (including the CCRT). The 3-season room was the winner, we spent most of our time out there! Loved it!

Beautiful home in the exact neighborhood we wanted to stay in. Some small and isolated snafus with the local management team did nothing to damper our stay. Hope to stay here again next year.

Nice place to stay. 4 adults and everyone had their own room. Kitchen had everything you need to make full meals. You will love the sunroom and the yard furniture. Would definety stay here again. The home, its location , and the price for 7 nights was perfect.

This home was close to shopping and local restaurants.We were able to go out on a Whale watch out of Provence town, and saw three different species of Whales. The Fin back, Humpback and Right Whale.

The house was exactly what I expected from the description. House was very clean and comfortable. All of us enjoyed it and location was very close to where we wanted to go. I plan on rebooking this property in the future.

First time renting a house in this way & the experience was wonderful. The house was perfect for our family - we could all be together & had enough room to have individual space as well. It was a relaxing g way to visit our family on the Cape.

The location is great, the house was spacious, the sun room was definitely our favorite. The house could have been cleaner, there were still toys, a happy Birthday banner etc that was left up when we got there, the bathrooms and bedrooms seemed clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The house is clean and had enough space for us, family of 5 (the youngest is 14 years old) and a dog. The sunroom is very nice to work, eat, and hang around. Nearby Cape Cod bike trail is great to bike, run, and walk (with a dog). Several restaurants, cafes, and bakeries were still open during the last week of December.

We rented this for a weekend to attend our son’s wedding in Brewster. In addition to my wife and I, we have my oldest daughter and her husband, our 1 year old granddaughter, my cousin and a babysitter. Plenty of space of lively space for all. The backyard and new all season upper deck were great. Took a nice stroll to the lake/pond at then end of the road. 10-15 minute drive to anything you need. We will return!

The home delivered what it promised from the photos. Easy walk to bike trail & private beach at the end of the street. Best part of the house for us was the sun room & deck. Highly recommend dining at Chillingworth restaurant in Brewster.
