My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Never visited Malibu before and it didn’t disappoint. The views are spectacular. The host was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have had during our stay. The only negative was try to make a left turn from the driveway onto the PCH. It’s a blind curve and cars are flying by.

My wife and I had a wonderful two night stay here. Although you’re in a condo, the balcony has a very private feel. We booked this last minute and Jo was very responsive with getting us booked and checked in.

Excellent location with a beautiful view listening to the waves through the night will definitely recommend other people and will be back in the future. If I could give it more than a 5 star I would. Took seconds to access what I consider a very private beach area.

My husband and I loved this Malibu beach house. We listened to the waves all night, direct access to the beach if you swim or surf. The home was lovely and was so very calm and quiet, truly would recommend to anyone. I won’t stay anywhere else when I go to Malibu!

Balcony is 20 feet above the sand with the surf crashing under you. The beach caters to those wanting to walk. It is picturesque with large rocks precluding riding waves and the like.
Relaxing and private with dolphins visible in the ocean every morning.
A great place to take a breather from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

My husband and I loved this property! Sound of waves crashing, birds and even a sea lion who bobbed in the waves off the patio made for a perfect stay. We loved the big south-facing covered patio to relax rain or shine and the sunset. Many eateries nearby.

The sofa had stains all over it and was covered with fabric. The pillows were stained. The apartment smelled and had a humidity problem. The towels were so old as were the furniture n plates. We couldn’t get any help from the staff. We deserve a refund with the price we paid.

We had the perfect anniversary weekend here in Malibu. It was so nice to spend time out on the balcony hearing the waves all day long and watching the dolphins swim by. We ordered take out and read books and really recharged! A neighboring unit was doing some construction that weekend, but the property manager responded to us very quickly and helped resolve any issues we had. We can't wait to go back! Thank you so much!

High tide brings the water right up to the condo, so the balcony is definitely the place to be, but beach time will need to be planned around low tide. PCH is busy, but if you know that area, you know that’s to be expected. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with my stay!

Adorable Malibu Hideaway
Perfect little getaway, moments from everything Malibu has to offer. My wife and I were very comfortable while we listened to the waves crashing right out on the deck. Great Spot on the Water.
My husband, daughter, and myself enjoyed our time. The location is spectacular. It’s a no frills place, but is nice, clean, and affordable. There are no fans so if you are a hot sleeper like me you may want to bring one. The condo is right off of PCH which is busy and noisy. I used ear plugs and didn’t have a hard time sleeping. You can’t hear the highway noise in the main living area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The unit is perched on a low cliff with the waves washing up under the deck providing a full immersive experience. Though older, the unit is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The only negative is the difficulty parking from or leaving onto PCH.

Perfect
Place is amazing. Very comfortable. Gorgeous view. The tide was super high so sitting on the balcony was a blast. Host is the best. Great communication and genuinely cared that we had everything we needed. We’ll be back.

Great for a couple wanting to stay on beach
Excellent check-in process was even offered to arrive early although we did not due to set schedule. Beautiful place and panoramic view from balcony with outdoor couch.

Fabulous
Cozy clean well equipped apartment right on the ocean. Exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, relaxing, and also able to work as needed. Very convenient location. Manager beyond accessible. We will be back for sure.

Relaxing Stay
You literally cannot get any closer to the ocean than this! The ocean views are breathtaking. We found ourselves spending most of our time sitting out on the balcony. The unit was clean and well-stocked, providing everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great location. Simple check in and out. The fireplace heater was a nice touch. Later meet room access was convenient as well. People in building were friendly. Loved it.
