This property, managed by Vacasa, is a prime example of neglect and poor maintenance, leading to a disappointing experience. Despite its potential beauty, it suffers from a plethora of unresolved issues. From the start, incorrect WiFi information required a lengthy hold time to rectify. The main living area's couches were so heavily stained, they were unusable. The kitchen was a hotspot for malfunctions: one oven failed to operate, knobs on both ovens were loose, and one dishwasher ran incessantly. Toilets required manual intervention to flush, indicating either a lack of cleaning or ignored maintenance, with several broken toilet paper holders further evidencing neglect. Blinds were another major issue, with many strings broken or missing, rendering them inoperative. The discovery of dead bugs on the floor added to the discomfort. Despite documenting these issues and contacting Vacasa for a resolution, there was no response even after 10 days. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Reviews dating back to July 2023, December 2023, and as recent as February 1, 2024, highlight these ongoing problems, suggesting a chronic disregard for maintenance and safety concerns. This property is not suitable for families or anyone expecting a basic standard of living, due to its deteriorating condition and the management's evident disinterest in upkeep. Future renters should be wary of Vacasa-managed properties if this is indicative of their standard of care.

It was a nice property. Just the pool needed cleaning, you could see the algea growing on the sides. Needs counter space in several bathrooms. There was nowhere to put your toiletries or clothes while in some of the bathrooms. Nowhwre in the showera to put things so they had to sit on the floor in the shower No habd grips in the showers for older people. This place has 2 stoves in the kitchen but only one worked. We didnt say anything to the property mangers only bc we were only there for 2 nights and that was just to shower and sleep. The place is huge and very nice. Would be even better with the suggested things.

The house was spacious and accommodating.

Heat advisory in Florida and we were without air for 2 days. There was 2 refrigerators and neither work. We had to purchase a cooler from Walmart to store our groceries!!! And purchase fans from Walmart to keep cool!!!

Thought the house was spacious, clean, and great. We will stay again!!

The house was perfect for our group of teenagers. There was 40 of us total House was clean, spacious, and overall great. We had a small problem with not having enough towels/washcloths but it was handled quickly. Also more pool towels would have been helpful. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen was not very stocked with cooking supplies… we had to go buy pan to cook eggs, and pans for cinnamon rolls. Beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this house.

Home large for over 30 ppl but has only 3 beach chairs in pool area. Pool pump was broken. Pool alaram was ringing continually. Calling Vacasa is a hassel and when u finally speak to someone nothing happens

Beautiful stay, few little items can be worked on . I would recommend someone come and check the place to make sure everything is in place thanks
