This house has everything you look for and beyond in a vacation home... the cleanliness, fully equipped with everything we needed and communication with the host, it was great. We would definitely recommend this property as a perfect vacation stay and for sure will look forward to come back soon.

Our Golf team, needed to travel to Perdido Bay Golf Club to compete for our Regionals HS Golf Tournament. We were able to find this gem of a condo to accommodate the team. From the initial reservation, Bill was in contact with me to make sure that everything would be set before we arrived. Their communication is very professional and quick.
Needless to say, their lovely home was clean, quiet, and the location had easy access to the pool and gym area. It was the perfect stay.

Attending a memorial service for a cousin, but a first trip with all my sisters and spouses traveling together. We enjoyed having enough space to be able to be together but not cramped shared quarters. Yet enough space to sit together and share memories of past family get-together s etc

Stayed in this beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom condo with our kids and grandkids. We biked to the beach and walked to the resort pool. Host were quick to respond and help with any small detail/situation. We made memories to last us a lifetime!

Pool at the lost key beach club is tiny. Never any beach chairs available unless you got there at 8 o’clock in the morning.Probably need to invest in new frying pans and maybe more storage containers.

It was my mom's dream to have a family beach vacation. She picked Bill and Mindy's property because it was close to the beach and could house all 13 of us (ranging from 4 months to 60). Everything was exactly as pictured. When we arrived Bill and Mindy were super responsive and answered my questions within minutes. Our large group took advantage of the beach shuttle, the provided bicycles, new gas grill and the next door pool. Great neighborhood for the kids to hang out during the day or at night. We felt comfortable letting them go out on their own. We highly recommend Bill and Mindy's property.

Great stay. Large house with bathroom in each bedroom makes everyone comfortable and happy. Check in and out was a breeze.
Had slight problem but owner was quick to respond and remedy. Very customer friendly which was appreciated.

We took our entire family... 14 of us, ranging from 4 months to 63. Everything was exactly as advertised. Hosts were super responsive and answered my questions within minutes. Our large group took advantage of the beach shuttle, the provided bicycles, and the next door pool. Pretty much everything you need is here. This specific area seemed less congested than other beach areas we have vacationed at in the past. Also, we needed a different check in and check out date than the usual Saturday to Saturday schedule. Bill and Mindy allowed us this flexibility. We would not hesitate to return again. BTW... the Lost Key Golf Club is in the back yard. If you decide to play, bring extra balls! Lol! Thank you hosts on a great beach vacation!

Your townhouse is very nice and very convenient to the pool, the golf course, and the beach club. Our group of seniors enjoyed our stay.

Great neighborhood for the kids to hang out during the day or at night. We felt comfortable letting them go out on their own.
The bikes were a huge bonus! Adults and kids enjoyed using them.

I rented the condo for my friends to stay during my 50th birthday celebration. They loved it! I was surprised they wanted to tell me about each room and how well they slept. Great place to stay if you are hunting a get-away location.

We stayed at this property for a short 4 night fall break. It was a nice location right next to the pool and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. House was well equipped and lots of room. Owners were quick to respond to all of our questions. We had a great time

Owners were very responsive to any questions. The pictures don't do it justice. Spacious areas to gather family, screened balcony was a great place to read, all you need to bring is food. Stocked kitchen with any pot, pan or even crockpot appliances. Love the table lots of room to eat, talk and laugh with your family. They supplied bikes that would be great to ride to the beach. It's close to the entrance and the beach is just across the street. The pool was so pretty and nice to take a dip to cool off. Quiet neighborhood. Must eat at shrimp boat and Lilians pizza, they both were incredible! We will be back to stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at Bill and Mindy's home in Perdido Key! It was our first time to the area, and they were so helpful with any information about the house or area. They were great to communicate with! The home was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos! It was roomy and comfortable and felt like a home away from home! The location was amazing right next to the pool and fitness center. We loved being able to use the bikes to ride to the beach club/beach! That was a great amenity! We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again! Thank you, Bill and Mindy!

Everything was perfect. We loved the location and easiness of accessing the beach. The Beach Club is a great idea. The pool and gym were spotless and very accessible to this unit. We very much would return and use this unit again!

Amazing location
This property felt more residential (less touristy) than others I've stayed in nearby between Orange Beach and Fort Walton Beach. The property owners were very communicative and responded quickly to questions. The bikes were a hit for everyone!

The beach is a longer walk, especially with lots of kids. They have the shuttle available, but we opted to rent a golf cart to shuttle back and forth. The bikes came in handy for the beach too. The owners were super responsive and clearly value their guests and their experience.

Really good property
Bill was amazing. The communication was amazing and he was very responsive to all of my questions. The house was perfect for our family of 14! The rules seemed a little overwhelming at first but was fine once you go into the property. I will say that you have to drive to the beach. With as many people as we had, with the amount of "stuff"(for the kids), it was not convenient to walk over to the beach club. The parking was very limit.
Overall, this property was great and Bill was amazing. If you are ok with a little walk and are not bringing "every beach item known to man," t is a great place!

Great place to stay at I lived the place and location. One thing we didn't like was them having cameras and checking everything we did outside and texting us about claiming the neighbors told them. This was alittle to much and we didn't like the place was fine other than that.
