Our first impression was that this condo had been beautifully renovated. I’ve stayed at beach places that look like they’ve been decorated with decor from a local beach dollar store. This place looks like the owner hired an interior designer who has real talent with a real eye for design. Quality pieces from paintings to lighting to furnishings. The place was very clean. Loved that the a/c worked so well. Property manager was quick to respond and to help with all inquiries. I’ve been staying at Cocoa beach for decades. This is my new favorite place. :)

Communication with owner was great! The room itself was very nice and clean and very roomy for our family. However the property itself just wasn’t for us. We have 4 small kids that couldn’t play with there pool toys or floats at the pool, there was also no food allowed which also with kids snacks is a must, there was a woman ever night at the pool watching everyone and trying to tell them not to do so and so around or in “her” pool so not even sure who the woman was. Again the room itself was a great stay, just not the property.

Nice place for our family to stay for a short get away. Even the construction around the condo did not bother us. Would stay here again.

This property and location is definitely affordable for its location. Easy access to the beach and a comfortable place to stay.

would be helpful to have channel guide for tv if guests are not familiar with spectrum. a gift snack basket ? otherwise ,beautiful relaxing..

Pros: The condo was immaculately clean upon arrival. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The unit is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The king bed was very comfortable. There are two baths, both with showers. The guest bath has a spacious vanity. There is a large capacity washer and dryer set to handle big loads easily. The main TV also has a DVD player. The complex is only steps to the beach and a washing station is available to clear sand. A good variety of beach equipment was available, including a cooler and insulated bag to carry beach lunches, and a few cold packs were available in the freezer to keep food cool. Nice bath towels are provided. The pool is kept clean and is easily accessed by all units. A full service grocery store is only minutes away. The unit has a large patio with nice furniture. It’s a great spot for morning coffee and beach viewing. We were able to watch a Kennedy Space Center launch in the middle of the night right from the patio which was a terrific benefit. Cons: The unit has a very dated kitchen and the fridge door shelves are broken and not useable. A larger group would struggle with the lack of door space. The ice maker also doesn't operate, so you'll need to jockey ice trays or buy ice for yourself. The master bathroom is tiny with no counter space. Lighting in the bathrooms wasn't great, but the light over the guest vanity was good for makeup. Overall, the unit is nicely decorated but a bit dated due to the age of the building. Only the patio door had screens which was unfortunate. The patio door screens kept falling off the track and don't close all the way, so this was a bit frustrating when accessing the patio. Similarly, the living room curtains are difficult to get closed for nighttime privacy. The furniture was comfortable but showed some wear and tear (some staining and fading) on the couches. All other furniture appeared to be in new condition. Only one blanket was provided (king size). All beds had only a sheet and light comforter upon arrival. Beach towels while clean and in good condition are only bath towel sized which is a bit small for drying off after a swim or for lying on the beach. Overall: Well worth the rental even with the cons. The rental manager was easily reachable and quickly responsive to our questions. The complex is in a great location and is well maintained. We’d definitely stay here again.
