Really enjoyed our stay at the Lutz Lady!! Husband and I stayed with our daughter and granddaughter and had more than enough room. Holly was extremely warm and welcoming, and the tri colored eggs were AMAZING and so flippen fresh!! Very private and quiet and would highly recommend anyone visiting the area to give them a call.

Owners did fine with orientation, and the unit was as described. Minor issue was resolved promptly. Appreciated the two bed set up, as well as the two lavatories. Helped us save a little cash by cooking in.

Enjoyed having our own personal space instead of opening the door to a corridor. It’s like being in a home rather than a hotel room.

My daughter, both my grandkids, myself and a family pet stayed 2 nights for a baby shower. Four girls with no hesitation about our safety! The owners were so extremely kind and accommodating that it felt like they were family!! Thank you for the fresh eggs both mornings. The property was spotless and so was the camper. We really enjoyed our stay. They had toys for the kids and a hidden treasure hunt for the girls inside. Cannot say how great this was.

We enjoyed our stay. Wish it could have been longer. Close to lots of amenities. Very private area. Holly was super helpful when I was lost in the area!

Holly was an excellent host! The camper was perfect for our trip. We traveled 15 hours, through the night; arrived 3 hours before the 4pm check-in time completely exhausted. Holly was so accommodating….. she told us to go on in, make ourselves at home…. And she would be home around 4 to make sure we were happy with everything. She’s awesome.
As for the camper… it’s cozy, clean, and our 15yo was pumped to have his own room, bathroom AND TV….(he hooked up his Xbox and said the wifi was excellent ) lol . The beds were SOOO comfortable aswell!
Everything you need, is provided, and the little extras, was a God send after that trip!
I highly recommend staying here if you like a private, quiet, relaxing spot. Do not stay here if you are expecting a hotel. Campers have limitations, Holly’s listing on VRBO, is 100% accurate. She didn’t sugar coat anything!!!

Our over all stay was nice. My husband was not pleased with cameras pointing directly at the camper. Holli did advise him they were not on while someone was staying in camper.
Now this is know fault of owner but I wish I would have researched al little more. Did not realize the freeway was so close by. We live in the country so it was quite noisy for us. Holli and Toby are very nice people. Always asking us if we needed anything.

Four adults had a great time. I had never stayed in a fifth wheel RV with pull outs. There was heating and air conditioning, along with a nice space heater. The pull out sleeper was surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. Kids games were available.

This VRBO is a camper, so if you're not familiar with the "ins-and-outs" of "camper life", this is not for you. With previous experience owning a 5th wheel RV, we knew what to expect. The property owner lived next to where we stayed, so any questions could easily be answered. Checkin was 4:00pm, but we were allowed to check in at 2:00pm, which was greatly appreciated. The RV was well stocked with "non-perishables, and there is a Walmart within a mile. Great RV stay, Wonderful Hosts
We had a great stay in the RV! It had everything we needed plus more! After arriving late at night from the airport, the little "snack cupboard" saved us from having to go back out to look for food. It was just the little something we needed that night. And the dozen fresh eggs Holly brought over in the morning were the biggest eggs I think I've ever seen! So big the carton couldn't close all the way on them! Holly and Toby were great hosts and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Holly was great at communicating and checking on us just the right amount! Staying in their RV was so much better than being cramped into a tiny little hotel room! A full kitchen, 3 TV's, 2 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, and the king size bed is so comfortable! Also, the RV is conveniently located just around the corner from a Walmart! And the RV is inside its own fully gated area which made us feel secure. We will gladly stay there again if we get to come back to in the area. Thanks for hosting us Holly and Toby!

Especially for 2 people, this site was great. The location was great with Walmart and major roads very close for going to Tampa or St Petersburg. We were comfortable and well supplied with linens as well as fresh eggs and snacks and other "might needs."
