This home is beautiful and was located very near our daughter that lives in East Nash. We came for her Belmont graduation. The house was lovely, clean, close to shops and a short drive downtown. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and sitting areas as the weather was a bit warmer than usual for December!

My wife, I, another couple and a friend stayed in the house. The layout of the house gave us each our private areas, but also had the kitchen/dining/living room area that was open to hang out together. It was windy and chilly, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the nice back patio area. Communication with the property manager was great. We had a slight issue with the code to get in when we first arrive that was remedied quickly after sending a text. House was very clean. We had a set of towels, etc. for each bed. The house is in a nice and safe location that is about 2 miles from 2nd & Broadway. We walked there once, Uber there and back once (about $15 each way), and a cab home once (about $20 one way). There are also some nice bars and restaurants nearby for something different than the Broadway crowds. We would highly recommend staying here!

House was in a great area. Close to Broadway. The hosts were super great at communicating. Only downfall was some of the furniture appeared to be wobbly and cheap.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Amazing communication and customer service. I felt that the management team genuinely cared that we were well taken care of. We will be back. 😊

We had a group of 12 at this property for a birthday celebration! It was the perfect space for all of us. 12 women in one house is A LOT so there were some concerns at first, but once we arrived it was great! Super spacious, and the backyard was adorable. Just for future reference, the place would benefit from having a few extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Other than that we had an awesome time!

Perfect location in Sun City
We visited my folks in Sun City and this property was nice and close. Easy access to stores and amenities. Well equipped house - but bring shampoo. Kitchen well stocked. Loved being on the golf course.

Super clean with a great back deck gathering place.
Great location, but the property was excellent! Big back deck and detailed cleanliness throughout the property was very much appreciated.
