We brought our grandsons down for a week when they got out of school. They weren’t quite sure about it when we first pulled up because of the smaller A-frame front. But oh my goodness, when we walked in and you could see straight to the water, they were hooked! The water was so beautifully clear they could see bass and a few catfish swimming and we excited to get to fishing.
We loved the true, cabin feel to the place! We were there for the outdoors and the deck, dock, upstairs covered porch, ugh, sooooo great!! Loved being able to use the kayaks and they even had fishing gear for guests to use. Can’t wait to return!!!

Perfect getaway
The property was actually much larger than we had anticipated. We didn’t even use upstairs. This was the perfect getaway for two people right on the lake. We enjoyed fishing, paddle boating and kayaking. But most of all we just enjoyed relaxing and listening to nature.

We had an awesome time on our trip in April! The house was clean and we had everything that we needed! The deck absolutely made the house even better and we enjoyed drinking coffee out there in the mornings!

This place was perfect for me and my 2 girls. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a fresh cooked breakfast in the mornings before our adventures. The couches and beds were all comfortable for sleeping and lounging. The deck area was a perfect place to eat or just enjoy the view and weather. The owners responded quickly when there was an issue and took care of it quickly, disturbing as little of our stay as possible. They clearly set up their property with our comfort in mind. I highly recommend this place.
