We definetly enjoyed our stay. Its hard to find a place that will allow multiple dogs. The space was very clean although the backyard still had alot of dog poop from previous people that we had to pick up to keep our dogs safe with the virus going around. The light was broken out back but they were very quick to have maintenance cone fix it. The inside of the property was fantastic though. Clean and cozy. It is a very old house so keep that in mind but we definetly will be staying here again. Only thing i wish they could add is designated parking. There is a garage in the back that belongs to the unit but we were not allowed to park there so that is something I wish would be adjusted.

Property is in a cute, older four-plex. You will hear the resident in the apartment above. We also heard someone playing a guitar but not sure which neighbor. They did not play late in the evening so we weren’t concerned. The location is ideal and just a couple blocks from Whiskey Row. The property is on a corner of a busy street and traffic can be heard through the single pane windows. Parking is on the street but that wasn’t an issue for us. There are steps up to front door and down to the backyard. Again, no issue for us but others may find this a concern. The backyard is lovely and we enjoyed the fire pit. It is however very dark in the yard even with the light of the fire pit. We used the flashlight on our phones to give extra light. As other guests have commented, the shower water pressure is horrible. We were able to rinse shampoo out of our hair with the limited water stream but someone with long hair may find it difficult. The pressure from the tub spigot is fine - it’s just the shower which has poor pressure. A filled trash bag was in the backyard from previous guests but we placed it in the garbage bin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has so much charm and character. The old style really made it feel like home. The backyard was much larger than expected and was just perfect to sit and enjoy the weather and let my dog run around. Location was perfect just being a few blocks from courthouse plaza. We pretty much walked everywhere. I did take off one star for two reasons. 1 - no designated parking spot. With the way people drive, I did not feel comfortable parking my car on the street so close to a stop sign. Would be nice if there was some way to park in the gravel in front of the house (as we saw other cars do in front of neighboring houses) without getting blocked in. 2 - shower was horrible. Not sure if the shower head is clogged or just needs to be changed, but the water pressure on the tub did not translate to the shower. It was hard to take a shower and feel really clean. We resorted to just using the water from the tub spout to freshen up. Checking in and out was pretty simple, the only thing we noted was different instructions for the trash. The email said to place in bin inside garage (which didn't exist), but the booklet instructions said to place in trash bin, which we couldn't find. Not sure how there was a mixup, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again (if the shower gets fixed 😉).

It was a great location and the place was perfect for our trip. It was very clean and everything we needed was available during our stay. We'll be considering it next time we stay in Prescott.

Walking distance to downtown and dog friendly.

The location was stellar! Short walk to restaurants and entertainment! We loved the private fenced backyard for our pups! The music theme decor was a nice touch! Property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had! Everything we needed!

The place was perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway. There’s a very cute outdoor area and it was within easy walking distance to the downtown square. Highly recommend!
